The biggest failure of a parent is to live a life not worth living. And if you want to lead your kids, then you have to show them what a life worth living looks like. And that means going after something that you're passionate about, that you love. It's one of the hardest things to do is to figure that out. Sitting down and writing out your vision, writing out where you want to go with your life, work, personally, blending together, integrating that. It's not easy. That's why not everybody has one.. But if you want to be a strong, influential leader who can look at their life and know that they gave their best foot forward, they did everything they could, whether you achieved it or not, that's a way to live with no regret. It's a way for you to be able to live your life and look back and not wish you would've done something different. And it starts with you putting pen to paper and figuring out what does that look like and writing about it day and day and day. They keep writing about it and keep rinsing it and changing it and updating it. And eventually you start to catch something. You start to feel like you got something. And it's a really hard exercise. Most people quit after just writing something down, or people just want to have something written down and it doesn't really sound that great. It's so normal, but you've got to work really hard at that. And the people who do, you see them then living their life and putting baby step after baby step and compounding these wins, these little wins that all are putting them on this path towards this big dream. It's very, very inspiring, and you should use that as a catalyst for your own growth.
