So my name is Katherine Bors. I'm an acupuncture physician and I also practice functional medicine. I was thinking about expanding the clinic and working to grow, and that was one of my ideas. The other was kind of launching another brand new concept, and I was kind of going back and forth between the two. And so I sought out the help of Charlie to try to help me get A little bit more clarity in sort of direction and also sort of just kind of tap into a deeper purpose in the sense of where I'm going— I was going with that. So via working with Charlie over the course of the past several months, we did kind of the opposite of what I thought. I thought we were going to kind of go forward and do a lot of planning, and instead of that, we kind of took a step backward and Charlie helped me kind of go inward to answer some questions and clarify more things about where I was at with my current situation, which then gave me clarity and the answers that I was looking for in order to then launch into the next step. So a few things that have definitely shifted for me in terms of working within my current business model is that instead of waiting to change my— into my next or future business model, I'm kind of restructuring things with what I have now. And so since working with Charlie, I've had the confidence and also made the steps to bring on other people interdisciplinary in order to work within the clinic. So that has been really exciting. And then the other thing that we've decided And so I was very hesitant, and we discussed many different models in terms of what that would look like until we kind of settled on something that I was comfortable with. I finally did do a little revenue change of rates and also restructuring some of, like, membership-based programs and things like that. So very, very happy with that. So I always wanted to incorporate service into what I was doing in more of an authentic way in terms of, like, my business. So I'm actually getting ready to go on my first medical service trip to Nepal with the a team of 19 other physicians. So I'm very excited, leave in just under a week, and I'll be gone for just under a month. So 3 very exciting things so far manifesting.
