A short motivational YouTube clip by Chase Fisher that teaches a goal-setting ritual: write a dated letter to a future (five‑year) version of yourself/friend listing desired achievements, read it repeatedly (morning, noon, night) to generate motivation, then either "upgrade your actions" to match the vision or lower the vision. Fisher emphasizes scarcity of written goals (claims: 3% write goals, 1% identify primary objective) and closes with a call-to-action to follow him.

It's not too late to put yourself in the top 1% of everybody in your age group in the next five minutes, and I will show you exactly how. Only 3% of people have clearly defined and written goals, and only 1% can identify their primary objective in life. Just grab a pen and paper and write out a letter dated to a friend, a childhood imaginary friend. Date it to them five years in the future and write out exactly everything that you want to have achieved five years from now. Don't even think about how you're going to do it, Just write it down. And then what you want to do with this vision is read it morning, noon and night. Because this is the most dopamine you can get from imagining yourself achieving every single goal that you have ever wanted. And then you'll have to be presented with one question. That question is, do I upgrade my actions to the level of my vision or do I downgrade my vision? Most choose to downgrade their vision, but if you can choose to actually upgrade your actions to that level, you get obsessed. Truly obsessed means that you have a do or die commitment and the only way that you don't achieve your goal is if you before achieving it. 97% of the world is not writing out what they want and that why they're not getting it. You need clarity to truly make progress and almost no one has it. Try this. Follow me and let's cook.
