A short YouTube monologue by Chase Fisher advising entrepreneurs to specialize: pick one high-leverage skill (content, sales, media buying, etc.), become extremely proficient at it, and outsource all other tasks to experts. Fisher highlights content as especially high leverage (able to reach millions) and urges listeners to model the skills, beliefs, and behaviors of the version of themselves who earns the income they desire (illustrated with a "million-a-month" persona).

Know that millionaire that trades has an agency, does crypto, drop shipping, Amazon, fba? I think he trades crypto too. But like no, nobody, nobody remembers that person. Because it doesn't exist to be ultra successful in this society. It's not about doing all these things, just being really, really, really good at like one thing and then outsource everything else to people who are smarter and better than you at everything else. This can be as simple as talking to people and understanding how people work. It can be media buying. It could be something that is transfer industry, like sales. The even highest leverage one is what I'm doing right here. Content can literally talk to millions and millions of people. But all you have to do is pick one of those things and get really, really good at it and become the person who makes the amount of money that you want to make. Like if you see yourself making a million dollars a month, what does that person do? How does that million a month version of yourself act? What type of skills does he have, what type of beliefs does he have, what type of traits, and then just become that and you will be massively successful.
