Get out of first year in life, you will get everything you've ever wanted. If your first year in a bike, no matter how many pedals you do, you're not going anywhere. But if you're in fifth gear, one pedal takes you hundreds of yards down the road. But how do you get into fifth gear in online business? Well, think of everything that you do to try to make money. A lot of it you're really bad at. Some of it you are really good at it. Putting yourself in 5th year in online business means actually finding people who do everything you don't want to do and do it super well. Meaning you put yourself in fifth year, you give yourself legitimate leverage. For me, I was making 40k a month on TikTok shop, but I hated posting videos because most of that was through live. So what I did was learn how to first make videos and then outsource that to somebody. I paid $20 an hour. When our accounts are doing five or ten thousand dollars a month, the UGC creators that we hire at 20 bucks an hour literally cost us about a thousand or fifteen hundred dollars a month. And this is how we scaled our media conglomerate to multiple five figures a month. Because I put it in fifth year rather than first year and nobody else outsources for some reason.
