You can build a million-dollar business completely by yourself with Claude doing almost all of the work for you. It takes a singular tool to find the product, write the scripts, manage the team, and take a brand new account to thousands of followers for as little as $0. The business model is TikTok Shop, and I have used this exact model myself to generate hundreds of thousands of dollars a month and help dozens of my students make over $10K a month. So in this video, I'm walking through the exact 9-step system for running a one-person TikTok Shop business with Claude. So the first step is to actually get followers on TikTok. And there are 3 options you can use to grow quickly based on how you want to use your time. Option number 1: train Claude to grow a brand new account to thousands of followers for free. As long as Claude has access to your browser and you have the Claude extension installed, you can ask Claude to pull the styles that are working on TikTok right now to actually grow followers organically. The one we just used was, my dad will let me keep this animal if we get to 5,000 followers. Please follow me and I'll follow you back. Because the whole post lives and dies by the reason that you are getting people to follow you. So as long as you follow them back, they're going to be happy and you fulfill on your end of the deal. Another one that you can use is dads following dads or moms supporting moms. As long as there is a good reason for somebody to follow you and you post this consistently, you can rack up followers relatively quick. If you want to do this completely organic, you can post 2 to 3 of these videos a day that are very simple. It doesn't even have to be a video of you. It could be a video of anything. And as long as you use one of the texts on screen that Claude generated for you, you can rack up thousands of followers in weeks or even less than that. And so you can get into the pilot program on TikTok Shop, which means you can post 3 TikTok Shop if affiliate videos a day at 1,000 followers with this method, or you can go all the way to 5,000 followers and get unlimited TikTok shop access, but it'll just take a little bit longer. But this method is completely free, and so it is the cheapest way to hit the first milestone of the whole build. But the free route depends on you actually being consistent and waiting for people to follow you. But there's actually a much quicker route to reach the same amount of followers. Option number 2: get followers using paid ads for $20 to $50 total. You can take one of the videos that we just talked about, but instead of having to post it 2 to 3 times a day or even more to get followers, you can just post it one time. Let's say it's one singular Dads Following Dads video. I'm gonna follow you back. You are then gonna click the three dots in the bottom right corner of that video and scroll all the way to the right to ad settings. You are gonna then authorize this video to be used in ads for the next 365 days, generate the ad code, and copy this code and take it into TikTok Ads Manager. Inside of TikTok Ads Manager, you can now run ads on this video by creating a campaign, pressing add post, pasting that ad code into TikTok Ads Manager, and then running ads on that video with the goal of followers. And then for locations, just pick every location but South Korea. You will then get followers for 1 to 2 cents per follower, and you can get to 5,000 followers for anywhere from $20 to $50.. And so this is a much, much quicker method than just posting videos and growing accounts organically. And literally anybody can do this method, and most people just do not know about it. And for anyone who doesn't want to grow an account at all, there's a third option, and it is the most expensive way in. Option number 3 is skipping the growth entirely and buying an aged account for $300 to $500. This is by far the easiest and quickest method. Obviously it costs money, but you don't need any AI for this in any way, shape, or form since you're buying an account that has already been grown to 50,000 or even sometimes like 100,000 followers and just taking that account over, changing the name, changing the profile picture, and privating all the posts. You now have this very high quality account that you can take over and start posting videos on almost immediately. But regardless of which method you choose, they all work. So it's just about picking one and actually going out and implementing this stuff. Because quick disclaimer, 99% of people who watch videos on YouTube about how to make money online never do anything with it. Don't be that percentage. But because that exists, I cannot guarantee in any way, shape, or form that you make money from this video at all. But if you implement it, it's always going to be your best chance to go out and actually crush it with TikTok Shop. So once your account's actually up and running, none of it matters until you have something worth selling. And picking the wrong product is where most people quietly lose. Step 2: once you go ahead and make sure that you have Claude added as the extension on Google Chrome or whatever browser you're using, it now has access to open platforms like Kalodata to find products with heavy ad spend behind them but very little competition. And Kalodata has access to like every product ever, and it's not something that is necessary. It's more so a nice-to-have in TikTok Shop and can really help you find data that most people aren't looking at. But the problem is it can be tedious. And if you want to use it, I'll leave a discounted link to Kalodata down below in the description. But no matter what way that you are looking for products on TikTok Shop, the thing you always want to find is going to be brands that are spending a ton of money on ads but products that have very little competition. When you find that balance, what happens is there's so much push behind this product from the brand's ad spend and so little competition that your video, when you post it, can get a lot of attention very quickly because it's just not competing with that many other videos. And so when your video can get spend behind it, you can get more views and ultimately more sales. And most of TikTok Shop is based around this concept, being able to get ad spend from brands on your videos. So tell the Claude browser extension to find big brands that have recently dropped products that don't have that many creators that are posting for them yet. And once you get a list of products from Claude, you can go and request these as free samples on your TikTok Shop affiliate account so that you can start earning commissions when you post videos for these products. But finding products that already work is only half of it, because by the time a a product is obvious to everyone, the best window to cash in on it is already closing. Step 3: You can have Claude watch for new product drops so you become the first person posting for them. Claude can monitor when big brands using Callow data release their newer products so you can get notified the moment that they go live. And we have a system that we custom built like this that allows me to actually be early for any brand. And right as they drop that product, we have someone from our team go in and request it so that we can be one of the first to promote it. By the time the product gets in, we can make videos before most people even know that it has dropped and earn commission there is still no competition. This only works if the tool has access to Kalodata. And so you can do this with Manus or Claude. They're both AI models. They both can have access to browsers. And you can ask this Claude browser extension to run one time a day on Kalodata to see if any large brands have dropped new products. Both Claude and Manus work very well for this task. But for this one specifically, I would actually use this tool called Manus, which is just like Claude, because it has better access to browsers than Claude's browser extension does., and you can have Manus run one time per day and pull all the big brands that have dropped new products on TikTok Shop. Now, the product and timing mean nothing if the video itself does not sell, and that is exactly where most accounts start to stall. Step 4: Turn the top 3 selling videos from the last 3 days into 5 to 10 reusable scripts. You can have Claude or Manus look at the top videos that have been published within the last 3 days on Kalodata and look for scripts that can be repeated. For example, there's a script on TikTok Shop right now that is pretty much more dominant than any other script out there. And it sounds like this. Okay, cool. I'm never going to have to vacuum again. But then I realized I messed up. And it's not because of benefit number 1. It's not because of benefit number 2. It's not because of benefit number 3, but it's because I bought it in store for full price and it's on TikTok Shop for this cheap. Tap the orange shopping cart and get yours and don't make the same mistake I did. And so it's a really good way to promote the product because it worries the buyer who's in a bottom of funnel stage and they're thinking of buying the product, and then they hear you say, "You messed up by buying it." That creates a ton of curiosity and they end up watching the video only to realize you messed up because you bought it for a more expensive price than it is on TikTok Shop. And then you obviously give them the opportunity to buy it from TikTok Shop right then and there. And as you can imagine, since it's the most dominant script on Kalodata right now, it works very well. But what people don't realize is that using Claude, you can turn scripts like this into repeatable formats that you can use for any product. So allow Claude or Manus to use your browser at your own discretion and have it build 5 to 10 of these reusable templates, because this is what makes the next part possible. So with a stack of scripts ready to go, the only limit is how many videos one person can post in a day, and getting past it means that one person can no longer just be you. Step 5: Use Claude and Hourly UGC to find creators and book the interviews for you. On TikTok Shop, if you are filming, editing, and posting every video yourself, at some point by nature you are becoming the bottleneck. And so you can go on Hourly UGC and post a job post and get creators in for $25 to $35 an hour who can probably film videos better than you. So once you go ahead and put up a job post for exactly what this creator is going to be doing, and you now have these scripts that you can give them and also add into the description of this job post, you will get hundreds to sometimes even thousands of applicants in. And then you can have Claude sort through all of your applicants based on your criteria and begin to message the best ones and schedule interviews for you. And so all you have to do is show up to these calls and pick which creator you like the best to join your team and film your videos for you because the most time-consuming part of this is scheduling the interviews and filtering through the applicants. And with Claude handling that for you, it makes the entire process much more smooth. And landing a creator is the easy part because the moment they say yes, most people have nothing ready to actually give them for work. Step 6: Give the creator scripts and even products that you've already selected. Once you hire the creator, you now have templates that you can actually give them and products that you can request directly to them. And so you can onboard this creator quickly, have things for them to do, videos for them to post, and actually start generating revenue from this creator as soon as possible. And this only works because you have the templates made in advance, which means a new creator has everything they need on day one instead of just waiting on you. Because when you have the onboarding plan and assets ready for a creator to join the team before they ever even arrive is what keeps the operation moving without you having to explain anything from scratch. But even with a creator producing videos, all the work surrounding those videos still lands on one person. And there's a specific place to find the last person that you need to help your creator actually be able to get the output necessary to make sure that your affiliate accounts can crush it. Step 7: Hire a virtual assistant on onlinejobs.ph to run the day-to-day of the business. It would be great if Claude could edit and post the videos, but on TikTok Shop, any type of AI interaction where AI is posting videos is going to get your accounts banned. So having a virtual assistant from onlinejobs.ph for $3 to $6 an hour means they can edit and post your creator's raw videos across your TikTok Shop accounts without the risk of getting banned. And I know $3 to $6 an hour for a virtual assistant to edit and post videos doesn't sound like a lot of money, but we have employees in the Philippines making $6 an hour that are just crushing it out there. It is a ton of money for them and they can do a fantastic job for you and provide a ton of value. And so not only can this virtual assistant edit and post videos, but if you make the job post and generate the text for the job post using Claude and make sure the job post says they have to have some sort of video editing experience and that they can work full-time hours and are fast and have a good attitude, because once you get the right virtual assistant in, Not only can they edit and post videos, but they can also handle sometimes product selection using the exact same tactics we just talked about. They can even handle creator management so that they're making sure that the creator is filming what they need to be filming each day. Because between the creator filming all the videos and the virtual assistant handling operations, the actual work of the business is now off me. Now, hiring people takes the work off your hands, but it creates a new problem. If the virtual assistant is only good at editing and posting videos, the problem is making sure this whole entire process happens every day at the level that you expect. Step 8: Let Claude manage the team and confirm every video gets made, edited, and posted. Inside of Hourly UGC, to manage the entire team, you can add in your virtual assistant as a member of your team and have you, your creator, and your virtual assistant inside of one group chat. You can give Claude or Manus a recurring task to be able to follow up with the creator each day to make sure they're actually doing what they're doing. You can have it confirm with the virtual assistant how many videos they edited and posted, have it confirm with the creator how many videos they've actually filmed for the day. Claude or Manus can also use the browser to confirm on TikTok if this is actually happening and the posts that the VA says are getting posted are actually being posted. It can also use your browser to check the views on that account each day and see if any videos have been popping off so that you know what videos and what products you should double down on. So now with the whole operation running smoothly in one location, the last piece is knowing which parts are actually working so the business can continue to grow. You can upload all of your TikTok Shop sales data to Claude and it can tell you which products and videos it thinks has the most potential. This can be beneficial if you're new, but I wouldn't recommend outsourcing your entire thinking process to Claude. Still look at the data and say, hey, what do I think has potential too? But just use Claude to actually analyze the numbers to see if there's anything that you're missing. This whole system lets you manage a team and continue to improve and scale the business with just you, Claude, and a couple team members that Claude is mainly managing. So using you and Claude, you can take a massive weight off your shoulders and create so much more leverage in your TikTok shop business, from the first follower to generating the script choosing the products and managing the team, you can use Claude to make your life a whole lot easier and run this business with you. Thanks for watching and enjoy.

The catch is you actually have to do it because productivity implies you work hard lol

If I could have just done this when I got started, I would have progressed way faster

This is literally how TikTok Shop works and it will not change unless there's a major algorithm
