How to get your first sale on TikTok Shop in 24 hours

In this solo instructional video, Chase Fisher shares the exact 10‑pillar framework he used to become the #2 TikTok Shop affiliate and earn six‑figure profits within months, despite starting with no money or experience. He explains how beginners can secure their first sale within 24‑48 hours and then scale the operation into a full‑time business. The pillars cover: (1) acquiring a starter TikTok Shop account (using a few hundred dollars and hiring UGC creators via Hourly UGC), (2) focusing on commission‑based earnings rather than hourly brand deals, (3) how the TikTok Shop affiliate model works and the potential revenue per video, (4) meeting the 5,000‑follower threshold either by buying an account or running low‑budget ads, (5) common product‑selection mistakes (avoiding saturated big‑brand items and tiny brands), (6) the optimal product‑selection strategy—targeting large brands launching new products on TikTok Shop, (7) creating high‑converting videos by copying top‑performing creators, (8) when to stop copying and start innovating (after consistent multi‑hundred‑dollar daily earnings), (9) scaling across multiple accounts and automating production through outsourcing (Hourly UGC, onlinejobs.ph), and (10) a final call‑to‑action urging viewers to implement the steps and join a free live training. Throughout, Fisher mixes personal anecdotes, practical tactics, and promotional prompts, positioning the system as a repeatable, low‑risk path for beginners.

When I started TikTok Shop, I had no money. I had very little experience, and I tried a couple of things online, but I never really hit something big. Within 6 months of starting TikTok Shop, I was the number 2 ranked TikTok Shop affiliate on the entire app. And then a couple of months later, I had made my very first 6 figures in profit. So I'm going to show you exactly how to get your very first sale on TikTok Shop within the next 24 hours and then scale it up into a real business. Also, using this exact process, my dad, my girlfriend, and my best friend from high school are doing now hundreds of dollars a day on TikTok Shop. This exact system has also been used by thousands of other beginners that I've helped make their first dollar on TikTok Shop. I have a formula that works nearly every single time when applied correctly. Now, of course, there are no income claims in this video in any way, shape, or form. But if you apply this, this is your best chance. And in this video, I am breaking down the 10 pillars of TikTok Shop success. These are the exact 10 things you need to know to go from zero to your first sale in just 24 hours. Pillar 1 is the very first dollar. TikTok Shop takes very little capital to get started, but you do need a little bit, at least a couple hundred dollars to buy your first TikTok Shop account. So to get that, I would recommend going to the App Store and downloading an app called Hourly UGC, and we hire people from there. So I know people actually make money on there, and this is where you can actually go and work for $25 to $35 an hour making content for brands and other affiliates. You can instantly make a couple grand a month online and you're going to get this process where you can actually learn and get pretty good at content. And it is a ridiculously good side hustle for anybody trying to get to that first dollar. But pillar 2 is understanding commission-based income is how you grow. So regardless of whether you go through step 1 or not, you may not need to, but now you can actually go out and put yourself in a situation where you're not going to put yourself into making $3K or $5K a month, but actually set yourself up to be making even $20,000 or $30,000 a month? Well, you have to go out and put yourself in some risks. You cannot just make $20,000 or $30,000 a month by doing user-generated content for brands. So pillar number 2 is really just understanding that the big bucks are not gonna come from brand deals or just getting paid hourly, but getting paid commissions on how well you perform. And this brings us into pillar number 3, which is what is TikTok Shop Affiliate? So TikTok Shop Affiliate allows you to sell products and earn commission. And I know you've all seen people on your For You page and you're scrolling on TikTok So let's say they're selling something like this because my water bottle is actually from TikTok Shop. So if I was like, hey, you go buy this right here, tap the orange shopping cart, I would get 25% commission if you actually go ahead and buy from that video. So if this video of me selling my water bottle gets millions of views and thousands of sales, you can make $5,000, $10,000, or $20,000 from a single video. And that is very possible. But pillar 4 is the 5,000 follower requirement to get started with TikTok Shop. So having 5,000 followers to start TikTok Shop is just how the model works. So to get this, there's two ways you can either go. Direction number one, where you choose to buy a TikTok Shop account for $300 to $500, and you can start with anywhere from 5,000 to 100,000 followers and instantly start making commissions this week. Now, if you have less money, the way that you can go about this is actually going ahead and making a video that says, I'm trying out the teamwork trend, I'm following everybody back. You post a video that says that. And then you go to TikTok Ads Manager on your computer. On TikTok Ads Manager, you're gonna run ads on that video that you just posted to every country but South Korea, and you'll get to 5,000 followers for anywhere from $20 to $50, and you can now start promoting products and earning commissions even if you have less money to get started. So pillar number 5 is gonna be product selection and actually what you should not do with product selection. Now, most affiliates have no idea what they're doing with product selection. But product selection is 90% of TikTok shop. So if you understand this, you'll be ahead of most affiliates. But first, you need to understand what not to do. And most affiliates go promote the biggest brands on the entire app. They look for what products are selling the most because they think they can just get on the back of that wave and ride that to their first commissions. In reality, if you're brand new and you go into a product that is selling a lot of units, what that also means is that there is a lot of competition and other affiliates that are also making videos and trying to promote that product. And as a beginner, you do not want to be competing with thousands of other affiliates, especially not on the biggest products, because that attracts the best affiliates. And so when you're brand new, you're not going to win that battle. So don't go for these saturated products from the big brands. And also, you should not be going for products that are from small brands either, because smaller brands don't spend money on ads. And ad spend on TikTok Shop is what gets your videos more views and more sales. So when you promote products from smaller brands that don't really have a big presence on TikTok Shop, it's very unlikely that your video could ever get hundreds of thousands or even millions of views because most of the time what drives that on TikTok Shop is ad spend. And this brings us into pillar 6, which is product selection and what you should actually go ahead and do. In pillar 5, we talked about you shouldn't go for the big brands that have very oversaturated products. And we also said you shouldn't go for the smaller brands. So what can you do? Now, the answer is a little bit nuanced, but you should go for the biggest brands that have new products. I'll give you an example. Ulta Beauty just came on to TikTok Shop. Now, the affiliates that go ahead and promote Ulta Beauty when it's brand new on TikTok Shop are going to make a lot of money. Now, why is this? Well, brands like Ulta Beauty are massive. They have great marketing. And so when they come onto a new platform like TikTok Shop, They're not going to settle for just being at 10 sold or 100 sold. They want to be one of the top brands on TikTok Shop. But for them to do that, they're going to have to spend a lot of money on ads. So that's pillar 1. They need to be able to spend money on ads, but there also needs to be not much competition. So this is why a big brand like Ulta Beauty is great because they're spending money on ads, but their products are new to TikTok Shop. So there's very little people that are going to be promoting them. So if you can get on products like that early and there's very little competition, that ad spend that Ulta Beauty is spending every single day has to be spent. And if there's not much competition, if you have a good video, it is likely that your video can get ad spend behind it and get pushed out to more people. Another example of this is Kylie Jenner's new product that she just dropped on TikTok Shop. It's like a consumable thing that makes your skin look like glass or something like that. Now that product dropped a couple of weeks ago and it's already at 12,000 units sold. It has a massive growth curve. And so once again, that is a big brand. Kylie Jenner is a massive face. And so she's not going to have a product that flops. It is a big brand that was new to the platform. And so the affiliates that promoted that early and got on it at 100 or 500 or 1,000 units sold got so much push from the ad spend that Kylie Jenner's team was spending on that product. So when you're going out and you're looking for products, you want to find massive big brand names that have products with under 5,000 sold. So pillar number 7 is going to be videos. Now, none of this even matters if you cannot make good videos. So pillar number 7 is going to be what you should actually do when you are trying to go film your first videos. And now this is the biggest thing that holds beginners back. They think they know what is going to work. In reality, when you're getting started, you have absolutely no idea what is going to work. And I say that as respectful as I can, but you just don't. If you just went out and copied people that were already making sales, that were already getting a lot of views on their videos, 9 out of 10 times those are going to perform better than somebody who's brand new in trying to create a new video from scratch. When you want to go make your first videos, go find an account that is already making a lot of money on TikTok Shop. They're getting lots of views, they're making lots of sales. And you copy their video word for word. If they put the text in the middle of the screen and it's white, you make your text in the middle of the screen and it's white. If their hook says, here's how to get a double discount on this product, you copy that word for word, bar for bar. Because my saying has always been, if you can do what they do, you can have what they have. If you can do the same level of videos that the top affiliates are doing, you can have the same amount of revenue that they're doing. If your videos are fantastic, you can make a lot of money. And if your videos are not good and if you're not making a lot of money, the chances are your videos just aren't very good and you need to do more copying of the top performers. If you combine all these things and do this within your first 24 hours, you can actually go out and make your first sale potentially. Now, pillar number 8 is once you have made your first sale and maybe you're even consistently making sales, when do you actually go out and stop copying people? Honestly, for the first month or even 2 months, you'll make the most progress by imitating the top performers on TikTok Shop. And through this process, you'll actually get pretty good at making TikTok Shop videos. You'll accidentally do a lot of things right, and you'll probably make way more money than somebody who's trying to innovate new ideas from scratch. Now, once you start to understand, hey, this is why my video was good, or this is why this person's video worked, or you understand product selection and you understand why a video got a lot of views because it was from a big brand with new products, and you can consistently find these products and consistently make these well-performing scripts, Only then can you go out and actually find competitive advantages that most people aren't seeing. But honestly, until you're making a couple hundred dollars a day or even more, you should really just be copying. But after that, that's when you can actually go ahead and start innovating and finding new ideas. Now let's say you're making a couple hundred dollars a day. Now this brings us in to Pillar 9, which is scaling to multiple accounts. Once you get something to make a couple hundred dollars a day on one account, it would be stupid not to copy and paste this onto multiple TikTok Shop accounts. If you find a winning product, a winning script, or a winning video that works on one account, you should recreate that on a second account. Now, no, you can never reuse the exact same video, but you can recreate it and make it very similar on another account. But the main way to scale across multiple accounts is not putting in more time and more effort. It is multiplying and creating leverage. Once you start to be able to outsource things like filming, editing, and posting, you can multiply the leverage that you have. So now when you're scaling across multiple accounts, it shouldn't be you doing more effort. It should be you becoming a business owner because instead of making the videos, you can now go hire somebody from Hourly UGC to start making the videos for you. You can go to onlinejobs.ph to hire a virtual assistant to edit and post these videos onto your TikTok shop accounts. And all of a sudden you're no longer making the videos and in the day to day of the business, you're actually now starting to run a media company that can get hundreds of videos out a day and actually make you a lot more money and give you a a lot more time than something like just TikTok Shop Affiliate, where you're filming, editing, and posting everything yourself. And this is TikTok Shop Automation. If you want this broken down in depth, step by step by step, you can click the first link in the bio where I'm going to break it down live in a free training. The catch is you actually have to do it because productivity implies you work hard lol

If I could have just done this when I got started, I would have progressed way faster

This is literally how TikTok Shop works and it will not change unless there's a major algorithm
