If I can give you one tip as a man to change your life, it's plan your days ahead of time. Most of you guys, when you wake up, you just try to get to work, you try to go to the gym, but there's no set plan. The shit that you need to get done doesn't actually get done, and you end up wasting way too much fucking time. When you have a plan, when you have a little notebook in your pocket that's telling you what I need to do at each time, I'm gonna get it fucking done. Day planned out, you wake up and you're straight into action. You're not lollygagging because you gotta wake up and you gotta get to fucking work. The second you start doing this, you're gonna be twice as productive at least, and you're gonna get everything you've actually thought of doing done. You don't have that much else besides your word as a man, so you might as well stick to it actually get some work done.
