If you're seeing this today, you're about to make your first million dollars. YouTube did not recommend this video to you by accident. You've already scrolled past a million other ways to make money online, and this is the one that's actually going to work. See, I've generated over 7 figures in sales with a business model called TikTok Shop, and frankly, I've been able to teach dozens of other people how to do the exact same thing. My dad makes over $400 a day on TikTok Shop. My girlfriend's made over 5 figures in profit within her first 60 days, and my best friend from high school who's an engineer is now making $300 a day. So today I'm showing you exactly how you're going to do it, the same 5 steps that took me here starting from nothing. Step 1: Get yourself a 5,000 follower account so you can actually become a TikTok Shop affiliate. Just a couple weeks ago, I was back in San Diego with my dad, which is where I'm from, and he wanted to get another TikTok Shop account so we could start to scale up some more. And I showed him this method to get to 5,000 followers quickly that almost nobody knows about. And within 72 hours of doing this, he was at 5,000 followers. All I did was take his phone and film a video of our cat saying, my dad will let me keep this if we get to 5,000 followers. I'm following everybody back. We then posted that video and then went into TikTok Ads Manager inside of TikTok Ads Manager, we ran an ad on the video that we just posted to every single country but South Korea. We did this, got followers for 1 to 2 cents per follower, and within 72 hours and before I left San Diego, my dad had already reached 5,000 followers and is able to post unlimited shoppable content on that account. And so it's not like this is something that's super difficult for you to go out and replicate. It's just that most people don't know that they can go out and do this, or they just never actually get themselves to do it. Because once this is done, you're actually in the game now and you have a chance of making your first million. Now, quick disclaimer, I can't guarantee you make money from this. 99% of people who watch YouTube videos do not implement what they learn. So be the 1%, go implement this, and it's always gonna be your best chance to be successful. Now look, like I said, setting up the account is the easy part. The move that comes right after this decides if you're gonna go out and make real money or almost none. Step 2, treat product selection as if it was 90% of the TikTok Shop game, because it is. Almost all TikTok Shop affiliates pick products incorrectly, and then they wonder why they're not getting a lot of views or they're not making a lot of sales. When most of the time making a lot of money on TikTok Shop is less about the videos that you actually make and so much more about the products that you choose to promote on TikTok Shop. There is this thing called GMV Max. What it is is TikTok's AI ad algorithm. I just grabbed this TikTok Shop product here for an example. This is NeuroGum. NeuroGum is a TikTok Shop brand that has sold millions and millions of units, and they spend a lot of money on GMV Max ads. So a brand like NeuroGum will put money into GMV Max ads to promote their product. And the way that GMV Max promotes their product is looking at all the videos that are being posted about this NeuroGum based on clicks, watch time, and sales. And then it pushes out the best videos to more people, gives them tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, or millions of views in an effort to get the brand more sales and bring the brand a return on investment. But also, if your video gets picked up by GMV Max and gets millions of views, you obviously get a commission on every single sale that happens. And so one of your biggest goals as a TikTok Shop affiliate should be, how do I get GMV Max on my videos. And I challenge you to think from first principles here. If there's a lot of competition on any product, the likelihood of your video being one of the best and getting millions of views from GMV Max is lower. And so then why do most TikTok Shop affiliates pick the most popular products that have the most competition? Aren't those the hardest to make a lot of money on? The short answer is yes. The long answer though is a little bit deeper. On TikTok Shop, you really want to find a ratio, and this ratio is the amount of GMV Max ad spend, which you can infer by the brand being big, them having a blue check mark or them being an official shop. If it is a name brand, this is also a reason that you can infer that the brand's spending a lot of money on ads compared to the amount of competition on that product. This could mean lower amounts of units sold, less videos being posted for that product, or less overall creators that are promoting it. The ideal product is going to be a brand that's spending a ton of money on ads, but there's almost no competition, because if there's not much competition, the likelihood that your video gets picked up by GMB Max is so much higher. So when you make good videos for products that fit this category of having a lot ads spend behind them but not much competition, the algorithm will literally do the rest a lot of the times. Putting real ad spend behind your video so you can earn commission and rack up millions of views in that process too. So when you go out and you're looking for products, find big brands with new products, and that's where your money's going to be at. So look, you found a product that's worth promoting. The next part is where so many people talk themselves out of it, convinced they have to become somebody that they're not. So step 3 is videos. And forget even having to show your face if you don't want to. Just focus on copying what works. If there was one thing that holds people's success back in TikTok shop more than anything else, after seeing thousands of beginners start TikTok Shop, it is reinventing the wheel instead of just copying what works for videos. Look, with all due respect, if you're getting started on TikTok Shop and you are brand new, you have absolutely no idea what types of videos work. Because if you just looked at the top videos on TikTok Shop and you did your best to recreate these videos, you would get better results 99.9% of the time than trying to recreate your own video from scratch. And if you are under $10,000 a month, there is no reason for you to be writing scripts from scratch. Because the way I've always thought about it is if your videos are as good as the top affiliates' videos on TikTok Shop, there is no reason you shouldn't be able to make as much money as them. Because if you can do what they do, you can have what they have. And the only difference separating you from them would be time, and you can catch up on that over time. And look, copying what works will carry you so much further than you think, but at some point it stops being enough, and piling on more hours stops really turning into you making more money. Step 4: Build systems so your income can grow without your time growing with it. When I started making real money with TikTok Shop over 2 years ago, I got to $40,000 a month. But the way that I did it was probably the least sustainable thing you could possibly do. I was going live on TikTok Shop for 5 to 8 hours a day, every single day, in my parents' basement bathroom and scrubbing the floor, selling spin scrubbers on TikTok Shop livestream, to the point where I literally one night got up and my girlfriend told me this. This is a true story. I stood up out of the bed and started scrubbing on the floor like this. Because I was doing it all day long for months and months on end, and everything in my entire life looped back to me doing these live streams. So much so that when I finally started to make some money, a friend of mine convinced me to go out to Miami for the first time, and it was going to change our perspective. It actually did, but there was one conversation that I had that changed everything. Because on this Miami trip, I had to ship my spin scrubbers in a separate checked bag, and I still had to wake up on vacation and do my 5-hour live stream. But on the second or third day of this trip, a mutual friend who lived in Miami connected me and this very successful commercial real estate guy over lunch, and I was telling them about everything that I was doing. I'm like, I'm doing these spin scrubbers, I'm making $40 grand a month, it's great, but it's not sustainable. I don't like it, and I know that there can be more out there, and I'm thinking about hiring somebody to come into my house and do the live streams for me, but that just sounds crazy. And he responded, it's crazy to be a business owner? And that question changed everything. I was just like, it was like a fucking light bulb went off in my brain, and I finally gained consciousness for the first time that I shouldn't just be spending my time to make money. So I went home, hired a friend's ex-girlfriend for $25 an hour to start making video videos for us on the side to test it. The very first month we ended up paying her about $1,000, maybe a little bit more than that total. She made us over $10,000 in commission. I went from directly exchanging time for money to building a system that ran without me putting in $1,000 and getting over $10,000 out of that. And then eventually end up creating our affiliate network, Affiliate Automated. And from that moment we ended up doubling down, hiring more creators, getting dozens of accounts, and actually scaling this up into a real business.. And with the first hire proving that everything could work, the only question left was how to turn one person into an operation that keeps running without me. So step 5, turn all of it into a repeatable operation that you can duplicate over and over and over. So once you have accounts, products, and videos handled, you can go hire a creator from hourlyugc.com, and I'll leave the link somewhere in the description for this, who is literally better than you to film all of your videos. So you have a creator that gets products in and then films videos, and then you can go to onlinejobs.ph and hire a virtual assistant to edit and post these videos across your TikTok Shop accounts. The creator handles all the products and all the videos, and over time, as this creator gets very good, this creator can even train more creators in the future. So instead of building this affiliate trap, you've built a real scalable business that goes so far beyond what the average affiliate thinks is possible. And so putting these 5 steps together, this takes TikTok Shop from this side hustle that keeps you burnt out and constantly making videos or going live to make money into an actual business model with with ridiculously high profit margins in a relatively untapped market that is growing quarter over quarter that can realistically make you your first million dollars. And I really do believe, like, anybody can figure this out, including my 54-year-old dad, which I'll leave the link to right here. You can go and click and watch how he does TikTok shop full-time. So if you enjoyed this video, subscribe and then go watch that video from my dad. I'll see you later.

The catch is you actually have to do it because productivity implies you work hard lol

If I could have just done this when I got started, I would have progressed way faster

This is literally how TikTok Shop works and it will not change unless there's a major algorithm
