In this 60‑second tutorial, Chase Fisher explains why Q4 is the most profitable period for TikTok Shop affiliates and provides a step‑by‑step playbook to launch and scale a TikTok Shop operation. He starts by stating the prerequisite of a TikTok Shop account, which requires at least 5,000 followers. Fisher advises gaining those followers quickly by posting a follow‑back video and running cheap ads (≈1‑2 ¢ per follower) to reach the threshold within 72 hours. Once the account is set up, the focus shifts to product selection: target seasonal items (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and use Kalodata to identify products with >100 % revenue growth and a low number of creators (under 200, ideally under 100) to avoid saturation. For content creation, he recommends copying proven video formats rather than inventing new ones, then outsourcing video production to creators so the account can publish 100+ posts per day and become a system‑driven business rather than a personal channel. Fisher ends with a call‑to‑action to follow him for more tips.

I don't think people realize how easy it is to start and scale TikTok Shop during Q4. So in the next 60 seconds, I'm gonna show you exactly how to start and then scale TikTok Shop so that you're actually going to win in Q4. Because compared to Q1, Q2, and Q3, Q4 could be the biggest out of all of them combined. A lot of TikTok Shop affiliates will make 70% of their money during Q4 and live off that for the rest of the year. And so if you're getting started right now or you're just starting to lock in, this is the time to do so. And here's how. Look, step 1, if you don't have an account, you need to get a TikTok Shop account. You cannot make videos without a product link on there and to link products to your showcase and actually earn a commission when people buy from your videos, you have to have 5,000 followers. So just post a video that says, I'll follow you if you follow me back, I'm trying out the teamwork trend, something like that, and then run ads on that video. You'll get followers for 1 to 2 cents a follower, get to 5,000 followers within literally 72 hours a lot of the times, and you can just start TikTok Shop affiliate. Once you have that out of the way, quarter 4 is a product selection game. And if you can find good products, you will destroy people who are just promoting the same old products they promote for the rest of the year. Now, people will complain about seasonality, but it is Q4. Think of what most people are buying— Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas. Yes, promote those products. Don't worry that they're going to have a life cycle, because no, they're not going to work in Q1, but they will make you a lot of money during Q4. But the overarching biggest theme is you have to find these brands that are really trying to push out their product, which seasonal products are, with not that much competition. If you go on to Kalodata, and you sort by revenue growth rate that is over 100%, and you look at creator number, and you try to find products that have a low creator number, like under 200, under 250, under 100 even is great. You can find these products that are super unsaturated, but are really being pushed out, or people are really buying right now. Those are the products where the money is at. And then for the actual videos that you decide to make, if you're new, don't turn your brain on, please just copy. Like, you really don't know what's gonna work. And so you should really just copy what has already been proven to work in the past. And you'll do a lot better than someone who thinks that they should be creative. But if you do all this and then you combine this with getting what works and then outsourcing it to a creator who can film the videos for you eventually, you can really turn this into a business where now you can start to get out 100+ posts a day and actually build systems around you rather than you just being in every single video. But this is the tutorial. If you wanna crush it during Q4 on TikTok Shop, drop me a follow.
