In this YouTube monologue, Chase Fisher promotes his Affiliate Automators network, claiming it has generated over $100 million in TikTok Shop sales across more than 1,000 members. He outlines a repeatable, four‑step formula for affiliates: (1) maintain a steady pipeline of TikTok Shop accounts by buying or growing accounts through low‑cost follower‑building videos and ads; (2) select products from brands that have sizable ad budgets or are newly on TikTok Shop, ensuring their spend flows to the affiliate’s videos; (3) create effective videos by copying proven creative frameworks rather than inventing from scratch; and (4) scale the operation by hiring low‑cost creators and virtual assistants to handle filming, editing, posting, and product‑selection tasks. Fisher emphasizes that the system works repeatedly, but most people ignore it. He ends with a call‑to‑action for viewers to follow him for more information.

This simple little formula has sold over $100 million on TikTok Shop because there's been over 1,000 members that have joined my affiliate network, Affiliate Automators, and this playbook gets used over and over and over again and has generated over 9 figures in sales on TikTok Shop. Now, the process of this is overwhelmingly simple, and so sometimes people think that it doesn't work, but winning on TikTok Shop really only comes down to a handful of things, which is step 1, you need to have a good flow of TikTok Shop accounts. You're never really going to have just one TikTok Shop account, so So those 2 methods, you can buy an account or you can grow an account. If you want to run ads so that you can grow accounts consistently, which I recommend, is the only way to do it is to post videos that are saying like, I'm trying out the teamwork trend, I'm following everybody back, and then running ads on those videos. You will get followers for very cheap. Another way that you can do it is like taking a video of your dog or your cat or something and saying, hey, my dad will let me keep this if we get to 5,000 followers. I'll follow everybody back who helps me, right? That's gonna allow you to get followers for really cheap. And that's a way to be able to have a consistent flow of accounts. If you do not have TikTok Shop accounts, you really cannot post a lot of videos. You have a max of 30 a day per account now. So that's step 1. Step 2, product selection. If you're an affiliate, product selection will always come down to finding the brands who are willing to spend money on your videos, or finding brands that are forced to spend money on your videos. When you find brands that have a lot of money to spend but not many people that are actually promoting their products yet, for For the brand, it's not great, but for you as an affiliate, if you get on those products early, that ad spend pretty much has nowhere else to go but on your videos. So you can get a lot of views. Look for popular brands that drop new flavors. Look for brands that are really big in retail that just came onto TikTok Shop. This is where your money's gonna be because the brand is literally forced to spend money on their limited number of creatives. And so if you have a decent video, you can do really well. And then step 3, how do you ensure that you have a decent video? It all comes down to making sure that you are copying proven frameworks. You don't have to copy a video word for word, bar for bar, but what you at least need to do is find a framework that has worked before and apply it to your video. It has to fall into one of those 2 categories. And you put these things together, the last part of all of this is scale. How much of it can you actually do? If you wanna do everything yourself, you're never gonna be able to do that much. There's really no business that scales with just one person doing everything, but for some reason TikTok Shop affiliates always try to do this. If you can hire a creator for $25 an hour that can actually film the videos for you, All of a sudden, it's not you as the bottleneck because unfortunately you are not special. You're not the only person who can film videos and there are other people out there who you can hire that are better than you. And then you can hire virtual assistants to manage everything else, editing and posting, even sometimes product selection, data, making sure that everything is visible. And this is how you actually scale these processes. And this has worked time and time and time again, but most people will just let it go in one ear and out the other and never do anything with it.
