Chase Fisher (speaker) argues that a common belief—that you can't outsource TikTok Shop affiliates because creators will steal your account—is largely mistaken. He explains TikTok Shop's advantages (no fulfillment, low startup cost), recounts being the number-two ranked affiliate who burned out from long livestreams, and recommends outsourcing video creation (hiring creators) to scale commissions across many accounts.

You can't outsource TikTok shop affiliate. They're just gonna steal your account. This is probably the biggest question I get as somebody that actually outsources TikTok shop, and I really have no idea why. Because does a Burger King employee take all the cashier out of the register? Generally, no. In theory, it could happen, and I'm sure one out of every million times it happens. But if you don't know already, TikTok shop is probably one of the best places to be if you're still trying to make your first 10k, because it's no fulfillment, zero startup cost, but it does cap out. People do get tired of making videos like I did. I was the number two ranked TikTok shop affiliate. I was going live five to eight hours a day and. And I was making a lot of money, but I didn't have what I wanted, which was actual time and scalability. And when you start to hire people to make the videos for you for an hourly rate, when they make the videos, every single time one of those videos generates a sale, you get the commission. And you didn't even make that video. There's no limit to how far you can scale this. You can get infinite accounts, infinite creators. The only reason people don't do it is just because they don't know you can do it. Like most things.
