A short YouTube monologue by Chase Fisher (uploaded under title "LOL #entreprenuer #tiktokshopaffiliate") offering blunt advice on bottom-of-funnel TikTok Shop marketing. Fisher uses a popcorn-vendor analogy to explain how coupon codes and perceived discounts increase conversions, and criticizes people who dismiss the tactic as they "don't know how to do it."

People hate on bottom of funnel on TikTok shop, even though it's one of the best strategies because they don't know how to do it. To do bottom of funnel, well, you have to be like the guy selling popcorn at a baseball game. Like, you gotta imagine he's like, twelve dollar popcorn. Twelve dollar popcorn. Like, no one's buying from that guy. But if now he goes and he's like, buy one, get one free popcorn, right? People are gonna come up to him and then he's like, yeah, we're normally 24, right now we're down to 12 bucks. So right now you can get two for 20, right? They got a coupon code or something. You have to be able to hook the viewer incorrectly. No one's buying from the guy saying $12 popcorn. They're buying from the one who actually know this isn't unethical. They're gonna walk away feeling like they got a better deal, even if they only got a couple bucks off. And this is what coupon codes do for bottom of funnel. So fuck it. If you're hating on it, you probably just don't know how to do it well enough.
