In this rapid 60‑second tutorial, Chase Fisher explains a three‑step framework for turning a TikTok Shop account into a scalable e‑commerce business. First, acquire a TikTok Shop account either by purchasing one or by growing a new one through a simple “teamwork” video and running ads (excluding South Korea). Second, select products by testing 5‑10 video ideas with items you already have, focusing on new products from big brands that generate sales; discard ideas that don’t convert. Third, create sales‑driven videos by copying already‑successful ads found on analytics platforms, avoiding over‑editing or original creative work until the business is profitable. Once revenue is established, outsource video production to low‑cost creators (e.g., college students or stay‑at‑home moms) and hire virtual assistants for editing and posting. Fisher ends with a call‑to‑action to follow him for a deeper, live breakdown.

I don't think you realize how easy it is to start and then actually scale TikTok shop into a real business. And in the next 60 seconds you're going to know exactly how to do this. Because it comes down to three things and three things only. But first you need to understand that you are going to figure this out. It's really not that difficult. And if you put in the effort, obviously there's no guarantees of you ever figuring it out, but it is so much more than possible. But number one thing you need is a TikTok shop account. You can either buy a tick tock shop account or you can grow one. If you grow one, post a video that says I'm trying out the teamwork trend and following everybody back. And then run ads on that video to every country but South Korea. Like you go to computer and then run ads on step two, select products. You probably have 20 products around your house you can promote on TikTok shop. People want to tell you all the different product selection strategies and honestly sometimes I get caught up in them. But the stupidest way to do it and it works the best is just to test it for five or 10 videos. If it makes sales, do more of it. If it doesn't make sales, move on to the next one. But you really want to find big brands with new products. Those are generally the best. And the last third part of this is what videos do you actually make that you're gonna make sales? Don't your videos difficult. Don't try to do some crazy over edited bs. Don't even try to be creative. Just make videos that sell the sale that are already working. Go to analytics automated.com, go find videos that are already working, already selling and then that ones that are selling the sale and then just copy them word for word. If they put the text here, you put the text there. If it's red, you make it red. Don't try to innovate, just make money first and then go innovate later on. And then once you figure this out, you can go and hire a college girl or a mom for 25 bucks an hour to film the videos for you. And now it's a business, not you filming, but your employees filming. And then you can hire a virtual assistant also to edit and post their videos. And if you want more details on that, drop me a follow. I'm gonna be breaking this whole thing down live.
