In this YouTube video, 17‑year‑old Chase Fisher addresses young viewers who are curious about making money on TikTok. He recounts his personal journey: starting with dropshipping in 2022, attempting to dropship on TikTok Shop only to discover it wasn’t possible, and then pivoting to creating affiliate videos that earn commission without handling customers. This shift allowed him to generate a consistent five‑figure monthly income from TikTok Shop. He shares that he has just graduated high school and has decided not to pursue college because of his earnings. Fisher’s primary piece of advice is to join a community of existing TikTok Shop creators, specifically his free Discord server, where newcomers can observe daily operations and learn the practical steps to succeed. The video serves both as a motivational story and a practical guide to entering the TikTok Shop affiliate space.

So if you're young and you see all those videos of kids on TikTok saying how much money they make, this and that, but you know you're gonna have it and you don't know where to start, then this video is for you. I am one of those kids though. I do make 5 figures off TikTok Shop every month at 17. But let's get into it. Well, I mean, I was just like you. I didn't know where to start, you know. I just started dropshipping back in the day, and then, uh, I've tried to dropship on TikTok Shop, and then I realized that you couldn't do that. And that kind of funneled me into seeing that people were making videos just to take affiliate commission, and then that's where I went. I mean, I just started dropshipping back in the day in 2022 because I used to see all these videos, and it just funneled me into doing TikTok Shop. I tried dropshipping on TikTok Shop, realized you couldn't And it showed me that people were just posting affiliate videos and not having to deal with customers or anything like that and just taking commission, which I liked. And now I just graduated high school and I'm not going to college because of what a TikTok shop has done for me. 100% though, biggest piece of advice I could give you is join a community of people who are already doing this. I have my free TikTok shop Discord link in bio. That's gonna have a massive community of people. You'll see what they do day-to-day basis, how they actually operate. Whether you do TikTok shop or you don't, I'm telling you, starting here is a great starting point.
