In this solo video, Chase Fisher outlines a step‑by‑step framework for becoming a top‑1% TikTok Shop affiliate. He first identifies the three widely‑discussed pillars of success – building or buying accounts, selecting high‑demand products from emerging brands, and creating or remixing proven video content. Fisher then introduces a rarely mentioned fourth pillar: operational efficiency achieved through outsourcing. He argues that scaling to the top tier requires delegating account growth, product scouting, and video production to hired specialists. Specific role examples and suggested hourly rates ($25/hr for full video creation, $3/hr for product scouting and account growth) are provided, emphasizing that reinvestment and a business‑mindset are essential. Fisher shares his own two‑year experience of fully outsourcing his TikTok Shop operations and invites viewers to follow him for deeper guidance.

If I had to go from zero to a top 1% TikTok Shop affiliate, this is exactly what I would do. If you really want to be a top performer, you're going to need another level of efficiency. And so if you stay to the end of this video, you're going to know what's going to separate the 99% of TikTok Shop affiliates from the top 1% and how you can actually become one of the top performers on the app. Now with TikTok Shop, there's only a couple things that you need to focus on: it's accounts, it's products, and it's videos. But there's one more thing that nobody really talks about, because with accounts you can just grow an account to 5,000 followers and get started with TikTok Shop, or you can just buy a TikTok Shop account. With products, you need to find big brands that are dropping new products so you can get a lot of ad spend on your video without having a ton of competition. And then for videos, all you need to do is copy other people's videos that have already worked in the past, or maybe slightly reinvent them for yourself. But the last thing is the efficiency of doing all of these things. Now, the truth that nobody's going to tell you is if you want to do this consistently— and this goes for any business, but TikTok Shop affiliates specifically don't want to do this— is Outsource. You have to find people that can take these things off of your plate. Hire somebody that can grow the accounts for you if that's what you want to do. Hire somebody to be looking at products. Hire somebody to be making the videos. With one singular hire for $25 an hour, you could have somebody completely replace you from the videos. For $3 an hour, you could have somebody constantly looking at what products you should be promoting and requesting these products on your behalf so you never miss a beat. And then with accounts, $3 an hour as well for somebody to grow the accounts for you. These things can be outsourced, but most TikTok Shop affiliates are too small-minded to see past the next day and aren't willing to reinvest in themselves or in their own business because they don't see it like a business. But if you see something like a side hustle, how can you ever take it to the top 1%? And the truth is, that's why most people will never do it. So if you can just outsource the things that you are not the best at or that you don't like or that take away your energy, you can actually go to the top 1%. But for most people, they will never ever do this. But this is how you outsource TikTok Shop. I've been outsourcing TikTok Shop for the last 2 years straight, and I think I have gone through every single portion of outsourcing that you can possibly think about. So if you want more information on how to outsource TikTok Shop, drop me a follow.
