In this motivational video, Chase Fisher recounts how, at 17, he became the #2 affiliate on TikTok Shop and generated six‑figure profits, later scaling to millions by age 19. He attributes his rapid rise to an “intolerant of incongruency” mindset and outlines a four‑step framework for becoming a top‑1% individual: (1) write a concrete, detailed vision on paper; (2) internalize the vision as fully possible, thinking about it constantly; (3) recognize the cognitive dissonance between the vision and current reality; (4) either upgrade actions and habits to match the vision or downgrade the vision. He emphasizes that true high‑achievers become obsessed, fully committing to their vision without fearing risk. The video ends with a call to action for viewers to write their vision, follow his content, and apply the steps.

You wanna be in the top 1% of people? You want to make millions and millions of dollars a year? You wanna be the one person that everybody looks at when they think of somebody that's successful? I'll tell you what you have to do, because not to sound cocky, but whatever I do, I win. People will call it delusional, but 6 months after I started TikTok Shop, I was 17, I became the number 2 ranked affiliate. I went from not knowing where I was gonna go to college to not needing college in any way, shape, or form, 'cause I had stacked over 6 figures in profit. I've now generated millions of dollars on the internet. I am 19, and I would not be here if I did not have this one thing, which is being insanely intolerant of incongruency. The first step of becoming a top 1% human being is knowing exactly what you want, why you want it, getting very clear on that vision as if anything were possible. As straightforward as it sounds, if you're watching this, I bet you do not have a vision that actually has a pen to paper, not in your head, not something you pretty much wanna do, but something that is actually concrete on pen and paper, in your Notes app, or on a Google Doc. Because then you will start to get clarity, which is real step 1 after you write down your vision. Step 2 is once you start to actually think about this vision morning, noon, and night, you don't just start to think about, hey, is this something that's possible? But you really start to perceive, This is something that's possible for me. And then step 3 is you start to have cognitive dissonance. You think about this vision so much and you believe that it's possible, but you look at your real life and you're just not there yet. And that's a really frustrating thing. It is 2 thoughts that differ from each other. And then step 4 is when you make the decision of, am I going to upgrade my actions to the level of my vision, or am I going to downgrade my vision and bring down the size and scope of it? Second, you say, I'm going to become the person that can actually get my vision. I'm going to upgrade my habits, my actions, and my behaviors. You go into true stage 4, which is obsession. And every big winner that you see, every outlier in success is truly obsessed. They do not question whether what they're doing is worth— they don't worry about risk because they're all in. And because of that, they just fucking win. And I'm not saying this to get you fired up. I'm saying it so you can actually go write down your vision and go through all 4 of these steps so you can actually become a top 1% individual. If you're actually gonna do this and not just watch this video, drop me a follow because I post videos for people just like you.
