Chase Fisher (creator) issues a short urgent warning to TikTok Shop affiliates about a new "Schedule Post" feature. He claims the feature hides product links from viewers while still displaying them to the creator, which he says will 'kill' commissions; he illustrates the problem with an anecdote about his father losing money after using the feature and urges affiliates not to use it, ending with a call-to-action to follow him for TikTok Shop tips.

If you're a TikTok Shop affiliate, this will literally kill your commissions and so many people are doing it right now. I thought this feature was going to be a blessing, but it turned out to be a curse. And if you don't know who I am, I'm Chase. I made hundreds of thousands of dollars on TikTok. Even my dad does TikTok Shop now, but he lost a ton of money because he used this feature. If you don't know, TikTok added this new feature called Schedule Post where you can finally schedule posts with TikTok shop links. Sounds too good to be true because we can finally space out our posts and post ridiculous amounts of times in a day. Because when I went and searched up my dad's account, his post looks all normal. But then there's no product link. It just creator earns commission, meaning that literally nobody else besides him could tell that the product link was on there. On his end it still shows that his product link is actually there, but to everybody else it's not. So this feature is clearly not ready. Please don't use it. It's going to make you make a lot less money. If you want to make more money on Tik Tok Shop, drop me a follow.
