There are only 2 types of TikTok Shop affiliates that will win during Q4, but most people are number 3. And if you can follow this system and be one of the first 2, you will print money while everybody else wonders how you're doing it. But if you're like the 99% of TikTok Shop affiliates who skip this video and don't implement this, you'll be looking back in 4 months from now and wondering why you didn't listen earlier. And trust me, because I've been here for all 4 TikTok Shop Q4s and made fuck you money in every single one of them. So save this so that you can actually do it, because I'm going to give you the sauce. The first type of affiliate that will actually make money during Q4 is a product-focused affiliate, meaning their biggest advantage over everybody else is that they have better products and are earlier to the good products compared to their competition. This affiliate's videos don't need to be that good, but they need to post consistently and they need to be constantly testing new products or they're gonna get destroyed because their videos aren't as good as some of those top affiliates. If you are a newer affiliate, this is the best way to go because your videos are not gonna be able to compete with the best affiliates, but anybody, if they know what they're doing, can get products. Because when you have products from brands that are spending a lot of money on ads with very little competition, your videos just need to be okay so that you can make a lot of money. Affiliates that will essentially make no money during Q4 are the ones with decent videos because they've been doing TikTok Shop for a little bit and they've kind of started to get the hang of it, but they're not as good still as the top affiliates. And that unsuccessful type of affiliate might have decent products that they've requested from some brands, but they're also not outsourcing or doing enough volume for anything that they're doing to really matter. This affiliate will make very little money during Q4 and get walked on by affiliate number 2. But affiliate number 2 is the most successful type of affiliate. They have great videos and they're copying proven formats based on what's working right now and not trying to reinvent the wheel. They have great products, meaning they're requesting samples from big brands that are spending a ton of money on ads, but products that have very little competition. And then they also are outsourcing, meaning they have a team, they have creators who are helping them film videos, they have virtual assistants that help them edit, post, and run the backend. Affiliate number 2 is the affiliate that will win during quarter 4, because if you're not outsourcing and building a business, you're not really doing much at all.
