You're putting in all this effort to try to actually make it. But do you know how you would make it? Do you know what creates actual results? And I don't think you do, because if you did, then you wouldn't be doing what you're doing right now. Would you let intruders hang out in your house? Because that's what you do in your thoughts. You allow these negative thoughts that you didn't allow into your brain, stay in there and develop. When in reality, you need to use metacognition, the funnel for life is your results. To get to your results, you need first your thoughts. Your thoughts funnel into your emotions. Your emotions make you act after your actions, and then that gets you to your results. So if you can never change your thoughts and use metacognition to break down your negative thoughts, you will never be able to change your results.
