A short motivational monologue by Chase Fisher advising listeners to stop 'dreaming' and instead convert desires into actionable goals and systems. Fisher describes achieving a long-held apartment goal and urges daily, incremental mini-goals (systems and steps) to make progress immediately rather than deferring victory to a distant future.

I finally got the apartment that I always wanted since I was in high school. I even got that pole that was really important to me. But I don't have dreams anymore, and you shouldn't either. Because once I make everything that I thought was a dream into an actionable goal, it just becomes reality. So when you say, oh, I wish I had that apartment, I wish I had that car, you're just taking the responsibility off of yourself and saying, I might do it. I probably won't, though, because you could get that dream apartment, you could get that car. You just need to build systems and goals, not dreams. So many people think of dreams because they're so far away, when in reality, you shouldn't be thinking thinking of winning years and years and years down the line. You should be thinking, how can I win today? How can I just get one step closer to this goal? How can I set a mini goal that gets me one tenth of the way to this next goal, which gets me a hundredth of the way to my real goal? Because it's not time to win in six months, it's time to win fucking right now. Stop setting dreams, start setting goals.
