A short motivational monologue by Chase Fisher using a wolf-and-dove metaphor to advise entrepreneurs (and listeners) to suppress fear (‘the wolf’) and instead nurture vision (‘the dove’). Fisher argues that repeatedly feeding fear lets it grow and destroy you, while consistently feeding vision leads to success.

Every person, without fail, has a wolf and a dove. What successful people do, though, is they keep their wolves chained up in a closet and they fucking starve them to death. You have to imagine your fear like a wolf. And every person has the ability to feel fear. But the thing is, if you feed into this fear and you feed that wolf in the closet for long enough, it'll break out and it'll fucking kill you. But the same thing goes for starving it and making it to pretty much nothing and eventually killing it. But everyone also has their vision, which is the dove, that if they feed enough and it gets big enough, it'll fly them away to success. But the way you feed your wolf and the way you feed your dove is just by thinking about if you constantly, constantly lead into your fear. When you get those thoughts of, I can't, I won't, I don't, and you just keep going, you keep developing, I can't do this, and this and this, you're gonna feed the wolf and it's gonna break out and destroy you. But if you can reframe that to starving the wolf. When you feel that fear, you just take it away and start to move it towards the dove and put faith in and constantly think about your vision. You feed the dove and it gets bigger and it flies you success. Understand? If you feed your fear and that wolf in the closet, I'm telling you, you will get ripped to shreds.
