In this YouTube monologue, Chase Fisher, the #2 ranked TikTok Shop affiliate, explains why most people fail to earn substantial income on TikTok Shop: they lack the specific knowledge required. He outlines a concise three‑step system for turning a regular TikTok account into a high‑earning affiliate business. Step 1 is obtaining a TikTok Shop creator account, which requires at least 5,000 followers; creators can either purchase an existing qualified account or grow one by posting a “teamwork” video and running ads (excluding South Korea). Step 2 focuses on product selection: target new products from large brands that spend heavily on advertising but have few creator videos, such as recent Kylie Jenner drops, because the brand’s ad spend drives sales and early‑mover creators can capture commissions. Step 3 covers video creation: for the first two months, copy proven video formats rather than trying to be original, allowing the creator to learn the levers that drive sales. Once the process is mastered, Fisher advises delegating all production tasks—filming, editing, posting—to outsourced creators, turning the operation into a scalable, automated business. He concludes with a call‑to‑action for viewers to follow him for deeper automation guidance.

I've never seen a 9-to-5er fail to start making like fuck you money after doing this, because the only question people have after I tell them that I'm the number 2 ranked TikTok shop affiliate, they're like, teach me. But why wouldn't everybody do this if it was as easy as you say it is? Because now I've taught my dad, he's 54. My girlfriend does this full-time. Like pretty much everybody that I know that I care about, like I try to get them to do this thing full-time because it does work pretty well. It's like you do the things right and then you can actually go out and crush it, because the only difference between somebody that cannot make money from TikTok Shop and somebody that can is knowledge. The same way the only difference between someone making $15 an hour and multiple 6 figures a year is knowledge. You have to know what you're doing before you start, and I will tell you exactly what you need to do if you could just listen for 60 seconds, okay? Really what you need to do, it comes down to 3 steps. You need a TikTok Shop account, which is the scary part. You need 5,000 followers to go start TikTok Shop affiliate because that's how you— that's how many you need to be a TikTok Shop for creator in that program, okay, where you can promote products and earn commissions. That's step one. Step two is how do you get this account? Actually, so still step one. You need to buy one or you can grow one. If you want to grow one, just post a video that's like I'm trying out the teamwork trend. I'm following everybody back, and then post that video and you can run ads on that video. Okay, run it to every country though but South Korea. So anyways, my dad just texted me about TikTok Shop. He's saying look at my videos. Anyways, you have that. Step two, now that you've done that, is is the products that you select. Now these juggling balls, my dad got them for me as a free sample from TikTok Shop and then gave them to me. for Christmas, still a good gift, okay? But is the products that you promote. You have to find products that are from brands that are spending a ton of money on ads, but there's not that many videos that are actually out there to promote that product. Kylie Jenner just dropped a new product on TikTok Shop like 2, 3 weeks ago. It went from 0 to 10,000 sold within 3 days. If you were the one making videos for that product, and we made a couple for it and made money off it, then you make a lot of money. Like, that's how it is. The product's going to get sold if it's from a big brand that's spending money on ads. It's just about you being there at the right time. So find big brands, that have new products. Okay, step 3 is the actual videos. And then for the videos, I don't want you to turn your brain on. Like, maybe you're a creative person, but you got to turn it off for at least your first like 2 months of TikTok Shop. Put your head down and just copy people. You don't know what works right now, uh, as sad as it like it is to say that. Like, you don't know, you really just don't. So just copy people and you accidentally— oh, you accidentally will do things correctly. And then once you start doing that, like, you figure out what are the levers that you can pull to make something actually sell. Okay, so that's videos. And then the last thing is to actually not be a, a worker. Don't work on TikTok Shop for the rest of your life. Don't film all the videos yourself. Once you start to understand the process, you need to delegate, outsource things like filming, editing, posting. These are all things that are outsourceable. And by the way, a creator that you pay that their only job is to create, they could probably do it a lot better than you can. So outsource filming, editing, and posting, which is TikTok Shop.
