Short solo monologue (YouTube video) by Chase Fisher describing an outsourcing tactic for TikTok Shop affiliate videos: pay creators low hourly or per-video rates (e.g., ~$20–25/hour or ~$1–$8 per video), produce many bottom-of-funnel videos across accounts, and scale to generate outsized returns without filming or going live. Fisher frames this as an "overleveraged" or "glitch" business model.

I think I just found a glitch that's gonna make me low key rich. So I outsource TikTok Shop Affiliate and look at this. So I paid the creators that make TikTok Shop videos for me anywhere from 20 to 25 an hour, right? There was 200 for eight videos, like fully. I am not joking. It's like, well, 200 isn't a lot for eight videos. But when you're paying a dollar per video, I'm paying $8 and getting 200 out. That's if all eight videos make zero sales. I put $8 in and get 200 out. And. And before you say, oh, you're not paying a dollar per video, if you don't think you can put out 20 bottom of funnel videos in an hour, you're cooked. Now you do this across a lot of accounts with a lot of creators and then they actually start making sales instead of just getting retainers. You make a shit ton of money and you don't have to film, you don't have to go live. There has never been a more over leveraged, overpowered business model than outsourcing TikTok Shop Affiliate.
