Solo TikTok Shop affiliate work hits a $20,000 monthly ceiling. Buy or grow an account, hire a creator at $25/hour to make 25 videos daily, then a $3-6/hour assistant to edit and post. Daily cost runs $40-60 for 40-60 videos. Outsource early or stay stuck.

How much does it cost to outsource TikTok Shop, and how comfortable were you when letting someone make the videos for you? What I want you to understand is once you outsource TikTok Shop, you're finally on the path of not being an influencer. Doing TikTok Shop affiliate alone is unsustainable. You cannot do it forever, and at some point you're going to need to outsource the repetitive tasks. And the second question here is, how comfortable were you letting someone make the videos? All business ever, you are going to outsource tasks at some point. Hopefully I outsource myself 100% so I'm not involved in any of the decision-making process, but regardless, you are going to have to outsource in business unless you want to make $20K a month max. But how much does it cost? You need an account to get started in the game, so this will cost you $20 to $50 if you want to grow it with ads. And if you want to buy an account, $300 to $500. And then that's just to get in the door. Buy your first account, grow accounts after that because it's way easier. Then a creator— how much do you pay a creator? $25 an hour. You can go up, and you should give them bonuses when they do well. What you're really looking for though is in that $25 an hour is that you get 25 videos and your cost per video is under $1. If your cost per video is a dollar, around a dollar, or less than $1, you're gonna do well because on average the commission that you make per video is probably gonna be higher than $1, probably way higher, okay? And so that creator needs to film 25 videos per hour, which at the start will sound kind of weird, but after the first week they'll get it down. So that's part 1. And then part 2 is the virtual assistant so that you can actually get these videos edited and posted and so the creator doesn't have to waste their quote-unquote expensive time doing that. And then that virtual assistant will cost you $3 to $6 an hour and they can edit and post the creator's videos. So for anywhere from $40 to $60+ a day, you can outsource 40 to 60+ videos per day, and you can obviously scale up way further than that. And as long as you know that you are gonna make more commission than you are in spending it, which you probably will, you're gonna be very good. But that's how it works, and at some point you're gonna need to do this, so you might as well do it now.

The catch is you actually have to do it because productivity implies you work hard lol

If I could have just done this when I got started, I would have progressed way faster

This is literally how TikTok Shop works and it will not change unless there's a major algorithm
