You as a man are not planning out your day in some type of way. You are getting cooked by your competition. Need to be able to determine what you want, why you want it and how to get it. 99% of people wake up, they don't know what they're doing for the day and they just wallow around until they finally figure something out. There's a reason why the real killers like top entrepreneurs have assistance. Because they need someone to plan out their day. But you don't have an assistance. So a you either need to plan out your day or use some type of AI. Don't have this. You're just praying that you end up remembering. Everybody knows that they should be doing this, but it's easier to just go and distract yourself with scrolls. It might be old fashioned but this little notebook got me from zero. Came up to 40k a month in profit. The left side I write down the night before what I have to do for the day. And the right side I write down things that I want as if I'm grateful for having them in the present tense. So on the left I have what I actually have to do and on the right I have why I'm doing. The difference between when I didn't do this and when I did was probably 5x the amount of work, all the distractions. Nowadays if you're not mentally organized, you're going to be cooked.
