A short YouTube monologue (Chase Fisher) offering motivational/entrepreneurial advice: reduce dopamine-driven distraction by putting the phone down, use brief periods of uninterrupted thought to generate ideas, take one concrete action to solve a problem and build wealth, and follow the speaker who identifies as a marketer rather than an influencer. The piece frames lack of ideas and avoidance as primary barriers to success and argues that getting rich is possible with responsibility and action.

Unfuck your dopamine addicted brain in the next five minutes, I'll show you how to do it. Most people don't have a money problem, they have an ideas problem. But also most people don't think. They just sit, they scroll, distract themselves with video games and other things so that they can waste their life away and not have to think about what's actually going on in their life. But the way to make money is through ideas and solving problems and helping people. But if you don't think, you can never generate ideas. Put your phone down for literally one minute. Ask yourself, who am I? What do I like? What problems can I solve just while looking at a wall? If you do this and retain yourself without some type of stimulation for one minute, you're already more successful than most people. Take one action on this problem that you think that you can solve and I promise you, your life will change. And most people do not ever want to do this because they always want to cope out and say, rich people are lucky, successful people, they're immoral. But the truth is, getting rich is possible. The only reason people say this to you is because they aren't willing to admit that it's possible. Because if it was possible, then they would be responsible for getting successful and they don't want to be responsible for getting successful. So if you want to be this, you want to be in the top 1%, shoot me a follow. I'm not an influencer, I'm a marketer.
