Give you a little insight into when this book came into your life. It came out during COVID I had a relationship that I had needed to change and get out of my life. My current wife and I had fallen in love, and I was at this kind of crossroads because I hadn't told my wife at the time about this relationship, and I hadn't told my relationship about my new love. And it was kind of like the house of cards just all fell down on me. This is where this book comes in. If you're not working to be that better person, sometimes you don't have the skills to navigate and be truthful with yourself and with others. You can put a wall up and just kind of just keep going for a long time, but once that lie hits the light, everything's coming.
