Best Of SDR: Christian's Comedic Talent

This is a short YouTube clip from the Service Drive Revolution series (Best Of SDR) featuring Christian performing a rapid sequence of one-liners, puns and observational jokes while Chris Collins reacts. Jokes include wordplay about Apple selling an "Eyepatch," oceans "not carbonated" (flat-earth gag), a repeated "can of money" bit, geese flying in a V, and other classic one-liners; the clip ends with a standard channel outro and subscribe/CTA.

And speaking of production, so I was thinking about this the other day. I've heard this thing on the news where they're starting to recommend that women shouldn't have kids over 40. And I feel like that's kind of a controversial topic. I know, but the funny thing is I actually know, now that I've thought about it, I agree with him. Because 40 Kids is a lot funny. We were talking about Apple just a couple of minutes ago, and I don't know if you realize this, but Apple's branching out. They're doing everything right. They've actually gotten into clothing lines, specifically clothing lines for pirates and their best selling item, it's called Eyepatch.
And on that note, we'll see you next time on Service Drive Revolution.
I'm walking to work and I'm like, this is the best day ever. I look on the ground, there's a can of money. I'm like, this is great.
Can of money. Like a can of soup.
Can of money. It's like a soup can with money in it. So I grab it, I start walking. All of a sudden, some guy with a guitar starts chasing me. I can't figure it out.
Everybody give Christian a round of applause.
Thank you all. Thank you very much.
Be quiet. Can't hear him clapping.
One person's clapping. But it does remind me, before I get too far into this next story, is that you know how there's all these people that believe that the earth is flat?
Yeah, the earth is flat.
At our society and everything like that. Yeah.
You don't believe the earth is flat?
Well, I didn't until very recently. Because I do think the earth is flat. And it's because the oceans aren't carbonated.
Look at it.
That was a good one. Computers are crazy. They like to party. Did you know that computers like to party?
No.
Yeah. You know what they do when they party?
What?
They take a lot of screenshots.
Nice segue.
Thank you. Going from being a parts manager to doing something like this, it's a career change, right? So. So, like, for me, I was thinking about this the other day. I'm trying to support local businesses. And so I went to this diner and I applied for a job and I said, hey, I bring a lot to the table.
Great, let's segue. This is the best. Because you just. I don't know, I don't understand that it's a joke until too late, I think. So funny. I love your segues.
Did you ever notice, like, if you look up in the air, there's geese flying. They're in like that V. Have you.
Seen that in downtown la? Have I ever looked up. Occasionally when I was a kid in like in Washington, I would see geese.
So maybe not in the metro LA area, but we're both from other places. But geese love to fly in a V. Have you ever noticed that the. The V is always longer on one side?
Yeah.
Why do you think that is?
There's one more bird on the other side.
Yeah. Question answered 18333, ask SDR.
Really? That's the punchline?
Yeah.
Did I ruin the punchline?
Totally. It was great.
What was the punchline?
Well, you're supposed to say, I don't know why. And then the answer is, well, because there's more geese on that side.
Well, I've been giving you a hard time today. I need to back off.
No, I love it. McDonald's has recently said they're not going to do services in Russia anymore. It's now considered a no fry zone. Hey, I was gonna tell you something. I forgot before we started rolling, but I was out and about yesterday, you know, just meandering about the city, walking around the city, walking around and I met a microbiologist.
Much taller than I thought.
That took me a second.
Like last night I had a dream that I was a muffler. I woke up exhausted.
This is a great segue.
Why don't we just go to the news now?
But you know, when you really think about it, murdering people is not what gets you in jail for the rest of your life. It's the lack of creativity in disposing of bodies that gets you in jail.
Oh, who do we know that's an expert at disposing of bodies? Because that would come in handy.
I don't like to talk about it.
You just write down the number on a piece of paper and hand it to me.
Ej. Ej.
How do you get rid of a friend you don't really like?
How?
Loan of money. You'll never see him again.
That's pretty good.
Finally.
Finally, when I get.
There's this. I know we talk a lot about mythology and things like that. There's this. This king that lived back a couple thousand years ago and he was exactly 12 inches tall. He was a terrible king, but a great ruler.
Yeah.
Like how he turned that.
Yeah, there's that.
Why do. Why do scuba divers always fall backwards into the water?
Why do scuba divers.
I don't know why. Well, if they fell forwards, they still be in the boat.
That sound very funny.
I believe that the crew disagrees with you?
No, they laughed at me saying it wasn't funny.
Oh, maybe.
One person got that at least.
What's going on, Christian?
You having a dry smoke? A little slump. Little slumpy slump.
Christian told one earlier off camera that, whoo. It was a lot like the Norm Moth joke, but not.
Not funny. In the end.
There was no because the light was on at the end.
Yeah.
Oh, that's so true. You know, it kind of got me to thinking a little bit. Like, I mean, I'm in my mid-40s right now and I, you know, so you start to reflect on your life a little bit. And, you know, it's really interesting. In whatever the 46 years I've been on this earth, never once have I used essential oils. It makes me wonder, are they really essential?
