Transcript excerpt of a speaker (Chris Collins) discussing the significance and annual redesign of bulldog trophies awarded to top-performing managers. The speaker describes the awards as symbolic anchors of performance, explains that managers earn them via year-long competition for best CSI/performance, and debates color and design choices (gold, bronze, silver, orange, harness/vest, luchadora-mask idea).

I feel a tremendous amount of pressure with these bulldogs because it's a big deal.
What these represent is these managers won in a year long fight against other managers to have the best csi, the best performance. They came out on top in that 12 round fight. And every time they look at these bulldogs, I want them to remember that they're winners and what they did, and I want it to be an anchor for them to understand that they performed at a very high level. And I want them to remember that and remind them of that. So they keep performing at a high level. I want their lives and their kids and their employees and everybody to be very proud of them. So it's a big deal. And the color, what they look like, every year I change it and I put a lot of pressure on myself, but they always come out great.
There's a method to my madness. G man. All right. But I need your opinion on what color you like the best. Now, they're gonna come with this vest and the name of the manager is going to be on this harness because it kind of looks like a gun vest and it just makes it look tough.
But what color do you like the best? So it was gold last year. I don't want to do the same thing. I want to change it every year. Yeah, yeah. So, yeah, bronze, which is. It looks kind of gold. It will gloss it and then we have silver and then we have orange. And this orange one is a lot like the one that we did for Howard and Beth Stern for their charity event, except the harness was different. You have anything in a goldendoodle? So this was the. Because you have a goldendoodle. That's right. The designer dog. The other thing I was thinking about is the luchadora mask.
Like if I resewed this and cut it and so it was over the eyes. What do you think about that? Does that say manager of the year?
I don't think so, bro. That does say manager. What are you talking about? That's as crazy. That is manager of the year right there. Look at this. But no, no, that is manager of the year.
Look at that, look at that. Look at that. See, that's a bulldog. That's the symbol. That's what we do. This just. I don't know, bro. All right, I'm gonna keep working on it.
