Kind of give me a sense of where you were in life before the book entered what. What was going on.
I was. I would say I was, like, at the beginning of trying to, like, personal growth. So I was been really trying to work on, like, leaving limiting beliefs behind about myself of, like, changing my way of thinking and living at a higher.
What sparked that?
Gosh, I wish it had happened years ago. You know, therapy.
Timing, going through a breakup.
How does suffering play into it?
The fear of suffering is greater than the suffering itself.
Oh, yeah.
And that really hit home.
