Her debut book, the 10, is out right now, and she's here today to talk about a book that changed her life, cloud Atlas. She also hates spiders. And she likes firm handshakes. So the moment of truth.
Yes.
How is my handshake so firm? Okay.
Delightfully sturdy, warm, accepting, slightly intimidating, but ultimately also 10 out of 10.
How could I make it less intimidating?
Be shorter and have less of a beard?
Work on that. I will.
