What was going on in your life at that time?
My life was sort of uprooted because I was living in New York, ended up moving to la. I was working in Broadway, so our agency was closing, my apartment lease was expiring. Covid. It just felt like it was time to go. So move into this place. And my neighbor teaches students how to do Reiki and how to kind of connect. One day, I ended up doing a session with her because of the feelings. I was like, I'm having all these feelings. I'm in this loop of, like, the same habits. Nothing's moving forward, and I want to get to the bottom of it.
And so if I was just to summarize, like, how did it change your life? What would you say?
