Chyler Leigh describes a scene where her character rescues her on-screen daughter from a pond, then younger Leigh. She asks: if you met your parent at your current age, what would that relationship look like? Would you want it?
my daughter in the show falls accidentally into this pond, and when she comes out of it, she has a hand reach down and pulls her out of the pond. And it's myself, it's my character at my daughter's age. And it's kind of like if you met your parent at the age that you are right now, What kind of relationship would you have with them? Like, if you could meet your parent, would you want to and why?
