This is a short YouTube testimonial compilation for Chris Collins' Signature Service Manager Coaching Group. Multiple service managers describe concrete business improvements after joining: increases in effective labor rate (examples: $56→$85+/hr; +$10 ELR in ~9 months), higher total monthly dollar sales and labor (example: ~$260→$465), and consistently high CSI scores (around 91–92). Speakers also praise mastermind meetings (quarterly/ monthly conference calls), Chris’s book "Million Dollar Service Advisor", and an online virtual training product with a "Tattletale Report" feature.

First time I met Chris, he challenged me to give up on my current marketing strategy and try his. And if I would just try his for a month. If it didn't work out, you know, nothing gained, nothing lost. But of course, he was right, and now I'm a member of his group.
I've been with Chris Collins now for two years. When I first started with Chris, my effective labor rate was 50, $56 an hour. As of last month, we were at $85 and some change. When I first came back, that effect took place almost instantly.
What's different about the Chris Collins group is we have the ability to reach so many other service managers from across the country. We have the ability to lean on somebody, on what's going on. So let's say in California, I'm in New Hampshire. So, I mean, we see the similarities, we see the differences. So we get the chance to mastermind with everybody, see what's working on one end, what's not working on the other, and how we can be together to make it happen.
When I first started with Crisp, my total dollar sales and labor was about $260 a month. Last month, we hit 465. And I contributed to a lot of the group that we go to. We masterminded, we talked about a lot of things, and I took things back and implemented them on a daily basis. And that's what I'd like to contribute the results on.
We have these mastermind meetings quarterly, and it's very, very different from the 20 group that I attend. This is more about coaching and leading you to be a better leader to motivate your service advisors. We have had a drastic increase in our effective labor rate over the last nine months of about $10 per hour. I expect it to go up another three or four dollars by the end of the year. CSI is no longer a concern in our store. We're at 91 or 92 every single month, which is pretty awesome for a GM store. It's really a remarkable experience. I would recommend it to anyone. I'm not saying don't go to a 20 group, but this is where you actually can drill down into a problem and be held accountable for the results. And Chris is pretty remarkable. He has some great ideas and he's willing to help. Monthly conference call really works. It's just an awesome thing.
It's affected our business tremendously. Able to make huge gains in customer satisfaction. And CSI? Well, CSI is customer satisfaction, but also with ELR, our effective labor rate has jumped $10.
It happened really quickly. Actually, as soon as I went back and I was able to put the things into practice and follow through with them, it happened within four months, three months.
Another thing I've always told my advisors when I hire them, I wish there was a book that I could give them to read and tell you how to do your job. And there never has been. Chris has the Million Dollar Service Advisor. I've read it. I've made all my advisors read it. And there is a book now that they can read to teach them how to do their job on a daily basis. I highly recommend it.
In addition to the coaching group Mastermind, we have a pretty cool product that our service advisors are really getting some good information out of. It's called virtual training. They log in online, they take the modules, they test out. Has a cool little feature called the Tattletale Report, so I can actually see if they're doing it or if they're not.
And.
And we also use that in our morning meetings to continue the coaching process so we become just that little bit better than the next guy.
