Whose responsibility is the communication? Because whenever there's a communication breakdown, the first thing that happens is somebody says, well, it was. They didn't. And we start throwing the blame around. But I think when you have those relationships, you want to own the responsibility because you want to take care of the text and the texts want to take care of you. And so there's a little empathy and a little care that gets rid of that. Whose fault is it? Communication starts with everybody owning the responsibility.
