Most people are guided by their fear of the past or the fear of the unknown. We should call those people fatalists. Because many times I've had. So let's say I go. I go into a service department. We hire techs, we add desks. We hire a couple of advisors, we rearrange. The way the drive process is, we have new pay plans, like we've done. We've done a year's worth of stuff in 45 days. And then you're sitting there with the manager who's done all this work, Right? So he's really the one that's done a lot of the heavy lifting. And he will say, so what are we going to do when this doesn't work? And it's always like, we were so busy. I never got it that you don't believe in this.
