Get THESE for the Book Lover in Your Life!

We love books. Hey book lovers. I made a list of stocking stuffers just for you this holiday season.

Let's get started.

Welcome to the Syndicatex library. We love books but we also love gift giving. I am the greatest gift giver ever and I'm going to impart on you some wisdom today on how you can impress your loved ones or book lovers in your life. This holiday season we've come up with 17 gifts that are by book lovers for book lovers and we've broken it down into three categories. The first one is is stocking stuffers. The second one is gifts under $100 and the third one is price is no object. We just want to. Wow. Let's get started.

This is a great stocking stuffer. The Paul Smith notebook. For me personally I like the quality of the paper. That's what matters to me. Paul Smith notebook.

Oh, the Mr. Pen sticky note set. There's little notes that are different sizes that you can put in the book. Some of them are actually see through so you can see the text underneath and then you can write on on that.

Zebra highlighters. These are my favorite highlighters and just look at how cool these are.

It's beautiful.

Oh, I love these uni ball pens from Japan. I love to write highlight and put notes in my books because when I come back to them later on it's just a shortcut to what I found interesting or important. Uniball UM151s.

This is a good one. The USB rechargeable Book light by Glock Coosint. What I love about this is that it doesn't bother the person sleeping next to you but works really well and is functional. It also doesn't get in the way. Every book lover needs a reading light.

Oh, Syndicate X library socks. They keep your feet comfortable and warm. They're very stylish and they show your book pride to everybody. Your stocking is full and so now we're going to kick it up a notch and do gifts under a hundred dollares that your book lover in your life is going to absolutely love.

Oh, this is my favorite Syndicate X Library tote. Like literally what it says is not a lie. Look at this. Nobody would ever take this many books anywhere but still room for one more book. The other thing that I love in how we designed this is there's a little pocket right here you can put your highlighters or pens, all kinds of stuff, your keys. This is your books that changed my life tote. There's always room for one more book.

Oh, so There's a story behind this. If you've ever been to the library here, you know that we love coffee and Canyon Coffee is our favorite. The way we make it, it might be the best cup of coffee you've ever had. And so for Christmas, we're doing this little set of Coffee de Hoya. Coffee de Olla is a secret recipe that we've created here which has a little anise, cinnamon and some other ingredients. And we also have one gift set that comes with these coffee mugs from Oliveira street here in Los Angeles that just kind of make it taste better.

Peter Shire coffee mugs. Peter is a local artist here in LA and he makes these incredible mugs. He also makes like espresso cups. Like, I really do love how this little handle comes out and how it feels in your hand. It's hard to explain, but it just feels right. So Petershire coffee mugs.

Actually, it's right here. It's been hidden in plain sight the entire time.

Ah.

The Syndicate X Library shirts that are in the category of your favorite books. So we have science fiction, my personal favorite. Self help, trashy romance.

Nonfiction.

Fiction. I'm sure you have somebody in your life that needs a fiction shirt. Don't let the truth get in the way of a good story and history. That's it for our gifts. Under a hundred dollars. Now, if price isn't an object and you really want to make an impression and steal the title from me, that is the greatest gift giver ever. Then these gifts will do exactly that.

Oh, these are from Los Angeles icon Mr. Cartoon. That is a collaboration from Caddis. These are reading glasses. My favorite. If you're not familiar with Mr. Cartoon, he's a tattoo artist. His artwork is insane. We have his book here in the library and these readers are absolutely my favorite. See your favorite book this holiday season with Caddis readers by Mr. Cartoon.

You know, the thing about reading is it's a very emotional kinesthetic experience. When I'm reading, I like to have a cup of coffee next to me and then I like to change the energy in the room by having like a high end candle that has some sort of scent that feeds to the emotion of spending a little time by yourself reading a book. And Absoleine has these great long burning candles that are meant to be in a library. This one is leather. They have paper and wood. Really fun. And the perfect gift for the book lover in your life.

Another gift from Obsolete. This is the obsoline hourglass. When I'm going to read, I usually will Read for about an hour every morning. This is in exactly an hour is I'll take this out and just put it there and then put my phone away. That's the hack. And then it's just kind of cool looking. It's like this faux leather. It feels very high end, but it's a nice way to disconnect and really get into your book.

The thing that most book lovers are missing is a really good robe to read in. And this is the Paul Smith robe. Comes in a bunch of different sizes. This is an xl. The thing that's great about Paul Smith is he's a book lover, just like we are. And so I always kind of feel like he shares that same spirit of the library in a lot of his designs. And this definitely has that feeling.

This is a bookstand and we have a bunch of these here around the library. It comes in white and black. It is from a company called the 1605 Collective. Which is a Dutch publisher that also has a design arm. I love their stuff. They make a bunch of book stands that are really cool, well designed. They can hold a lot of weight. Any book that's on this stand is automatically elevated to another level.

This is. Is a great gift if you want to make a real impression on somebody. Probably someone that is into art and has the space in their home or apartment to display this. But this is made by Toschen and it is their latest kind of edition of what they've done for Salvador Dali.

This thing is absolutely gorgeous. The book is a piece of art. It also gives you a really good insight into kind of Dolly's career and how he developed over time. Because the art gets more and more abstract. And you just kind of start to see. See him develop through the different time periods in this book. It's. It's insane. This goes through kind of the chronology of the art that's in the book. So there's, you know, just more information. And then it really goes into detail, which I love because then they're not taking space and energy away from the actual images of the art. This is the gift that will persist in your book lover's memory for a long time. This is an entire museum in a book.

And this is the grand finale. This is if money is no object and you really want to make an impression.

This is the Malkovich. Then Came John by Sandro Miller. What's crazy about this book is it is one of the only books I've ever seen that has a digital cover. And so this flashes the images in the book. There's over a hundred of them and they're all just of Malkovich's eyes. The story behind this book is Malkovich was diagnosed with cancer and was going through treatment. And this concept of doing a book about the masters was something that kind of helped him get through what he was experiencing. It is insane that Malkovich can transform himself into a character in movies like he does. But what this book shows us is he can do it in pictures in the same way. It's insane how talented he is and how he can channel Pablo Picasso, Johnny Cash, Salvador Dali, Meryl Streep and the list goes on and on. This book is something to behold. The printing and the design of it, everything. It's like nothing else you will ever see. Malkovich. Then came John for the really, really spoiled book lover in your life. So that's 17 gift ideas for the book lover in your life. We went through stocking stuffers. Gifts under $100 and then price is no object. From everybody. Here at the Syndicate X Library, we want to wish you a happy holiday. We hope you get to spend lots of time with your friends and family. Remember, if you have more than two books, you have started a library. And now a little bit worried about you because you're still here. And there's only so many shopping days left in the season. So I would get shopping and I'm gonna start reading.
