So the RO account how many are the advisors writing a day? If you have advisors writing 20 ROS day in and day out you're going to have inconsistent csi. It's rare that there is an advisor that can handle that sort of volume and have good csi. They are out there but it's not something that you can scale. And if you're ever bringing in new, you know, people from outside the industry to become advisors you're going to burn them out. Oh it's frightening. That's all you have to do. They're sprinting from day one and they never really get a chance to build any sort of system or, or feel for it.
So to me.
That'S, that's it more than anything and I would say that the thing that I want you to pay attention to in, in this conversation is all of these things that we're talking about are things we control as managers. It has nothing to do with the advisors are TR.
