Most people are managers at best. They're managing a system that somebody else created in a world that they're just mimicking. And that's the truth. I'm sorry, but it is the truth. What we're here to do is to create leaders.
I think a lot of these leadership secrets are in plain sight, but people don't see them. They don't connect the dots.
I don't think the average person really considers this. It's a totally different perspective from, from what school teachers or college teachers or anybody even talks about.
They also don't understand that they are being led by these secrets all the time and they're unaware of it.
Mind blowing stuff. And it's a lot of stuff that quote, unquote gurus out there aren't teaching.
You're going to see things in a different way and you're gonna have a new architecture for how you function. There's two parts to this. There is the I am part, and that's today. And then tomorrow's gonna be the leadership part.
The people that I watched walk into that room on day one were not the same people that walked out on day two.
I don't want to ruin everything, but the last hour just blew my mind and just connected everything together.
When you feel that resistance, that's new wiring and it's challenging the old way of doing things. But the architecture you're going to learn will far and away give you an unfair advantage in the marketplace, but also in life.
