Short YouTube video (binaural ASMR) discussing a one-of-a-kind presentation copy of Winston Churchill’s wartime speeches translated into French. Multiple speakers note that Churchill inscribed the volume to his friend and painting colleague Charles Montag; the clip features repeated phrases and close-up commentary on the book’s significance.
We shall fight on the beaches. We shall fight on the landing grounds. We shall fight in the fields and in the streets. We shall fight in the hills.
We shall never surrender.
