Overwhelmingly, when we talk about four Tens or weekends or Sundays, there is a group of technicians and advisors that want to work those days, that see it as a great opportunity, that love having the other days off. And it really is in your presentation, and you not poisoning the water by saying you don't want to do it. So you're going to make it not work, just like you can make Saturday not work by being 8 to 2 and having Larry, who couldn't ride his way out of a wet paper bag and two lube techs there. And you go, well, Saturdays aren't very profitable. You're holding everything over until Monday is what you're doing. But we did have somebody at the last coaching meeting that one of the things they pointed out when they were talking about going to Four Tens is how many people wanted the split shift, the ship that they think nobody wants. They wanted it.
