Okay, let's talk about the comp winners from last month. So if you're new to the show or just kind of previewing this, we have software that for our coaching clients takes the advisors and has them compete against each other every month in different categories. We give away. I think it's about $8,000 worth of prize money. The money really we could probably do away with because it's the little bulldog trophies that mean the most. But advisors win in their different categories and managers win. And managers are graded on their average advisor's performance. So that's a really hard one for a manager to win. It's hard to be an advisor in the comp too, but it's harder for a manager to win because it's on their average advisor's performance in the competition software. So in the American group, which would be Ford, GM, Chrysler, those brands, top manager is the Grandmaster. And second place was the house. Top advisor was the Closer. Second place, Uncle Rich. Third place, Dingers 15. Fourth place, Carlos Bows to Me. And fifth place, Pit Bull. Good job, you guys. In the American group.
In the, in the Japanese group, first place is Steve O. That's the top manager. And second place is Bishop Johnson. Top advisors Carlitos. Second place is cpap. Third place is Sharpshooter. Fourth place is the Gems. And fifth place is Foster. Good job you guys. In the Japanese, top manager in Highline. And this, this is, this is a big change. The monster has ruled supreme like Vicky used to rule supreme when she was in it. There's a change at the top and I feel like the monster's giving up. Now he's out, right? Don't you think, Christian? No, not based on the emails I got from him. At 4 in the morning on April 1st. It's a challenge. The challenge has been thrown out there by the way. Four in the morning where he's at is on like 12 in the afternoon to us.
So Cletus is first place. Cletus, better known as Ashley. Great job, Ashley. Super proud of you. The other cool thing about this is now Ashley is going into the elite group. So part of the, you know, the journey as somebody in the coaching group is to get into elite. You have to have top of the industry net to gross. You have to have CSI at a certain place and then you have to win the comp. And the only thing that was was holding him back was that so also welcome to the the elite group, which he'll be on our first call tomorrow, which is super, super exciting. And then he can give Monster a hard time on that. Now. First advisor in Highline was Rover Dog. Second was Rooster. And third was Mo Money. Good job, Mo. Back in the top. I hadn't seen you up there for a little while. Loving me some Mo. Loving me some more. Nice. That's a nice. Doesn't deserve a laugh. Nothing. Wow, tough crowd. In the euro import Highline group. Thanks, baby doll. I'm getting. Getting some coffee here. Oh, I missed that guy is Monster. So Monster won that group, Right? And then first place, advisors, New Spock. Second place is Amish gangster. And third place, we have a tie.
But only one person's mentioned, so. Oh, no. Second place, we have a tie. I'm sorry. Wow. I can't be trusted. Amish gangster and Pierogi Pusher tied for second place. And then in the Canadian comp, Maverick is the top manager, Top advisor, Wolfman.
I don't know that doesn't sound like a wolf, but I look like a wolf if you're watching this because I haven't had a haircut in what seems like a year. And second place is Slider. Good job, you guys. And in the last group, Asian Zing. Big Tuna is the top manager. First place, advisors, the mad German. Not the angry German. The mad German. And Renpoli is second place. So good job to all you guys.
Welcome to the elite group. Ashley, super proud of you. You've been working on that. It's not easy to win in that group. There's some really talented managers and it's all mental, right? Oh, especially. Especially right now. Absolutely. I know how. I know how he won, but I don't want to. I don't want to say. Right. Yeah, he. He was just willing to go the extra mile is what I would probably leave that at. Yeah. Thank you so much for watching this clip of Service Drive Revolution.
