Most people out there teaching or writing books, they might be good in the classroom, and they might have gone to a prestigious school, and they might understand psychology, but they've never actually gone out and done it on the front lines. And it's different. I mean, you guys would all agree that whatever it is you're doing day to day, there's an idealized version of that where somebody could come in from the outside and go, oh, well, why don't you do this? And you're like, well, you don't understand what the job really is. And so there's a balance there of actually getting results and then talking about how to improve. I've always been fascinated by that. You know, it drives a lot of what I try to understand and I try to learn.
