Let's get to today's question.
Hi, my name is Taylor. I work out at a Hyundai dealership for about two years as a service advisor. I'm the top one there. I get the top csi, top sales, and that's been, you know, really long time coming. A lot of training, you know, being a woman in the industry. And I just need to help with a manager that only says yes to people. He undermines me constantly.
And I'm about done, to be honest with you. So if you have any support on this, my name is Taylor.
Well, I think this is an easy answer. This might be the shortest drive by we ever have.
Chris.
Joan.
Okay, I'm ready.
Why don't you be the manager, Taylor?
The funny thing is, I was expecting her to say that.
She's looking for permission. So why don't you go apply for it?
Yeah.
Problem solved.
I wrote things for the call on my notes. Why did you do that? I don't know.
Well, I guess the rest of the rest of this we can sing hardy songs. What do you say?
We could.
What's your favorite song on Mockingbird?
Let's see.
Hardy.
Mockingbird is the album.
So let's go with Wait in the Truck. It's pretty good. I like Red.
Red.
Yeah, it's also pretty good. And then Truck Bed. Truck Bed's probably the funniest one. I think.
So the mine's Mockingbird and then Happy Mockingbird.
I remember you sending that to me months and months ago, before the album even came out. And you making that connection between Mockingbird and a puddle of mud song. How it's got that kind of like.
That Puddle mud song so good. Have you ever heard it?
Yeah. Yeah.
Forgotten thoughts of yesterday I believe.
I believe I believe I am the truth.
People are tuning out as we go. Okay, Taylor, I would apply for the job as the manager. Problem solved.
Don't worry about the fact that you've only done the job for a couple of years.
And actually, the less you know about being a manager and the sooner you get in our coaching group, the better you'll do.
Go in with an open mind.
Yeah. So let us know how that works out. We're excited to see your progress and we will see you next time on Service Drive Revolution.
