Chris Collins ran his third workshop at NADA on converting customers to service. He's adding tech training to advisor programs and recruited senior technician Gary to film how-to videos, some R-rated. NADA is offering books plus a free 30-day trial of their VT training.

No, it was awesome. And everybody at my table said that it was by far the best one.
Thank you so much for saying. I appreciate the feedback.
Yeah, it was awesome.
Chris calling here. Just got done with my third workshop on how to convert into service drive. It was a lot of fun. We're having a lot of fun here at the booth at nada. And, you know, one thing that's really important to me is that our training is relevant, the new stuff, but also that it comes from a place of knowledge and not just, you know, the idealized version of things. So when we went to do tech training, we added tech training to our virtual training, where the technicians go through a course and they learn what the advisors are doing in the front so they understand the process and how important their job is in the back. And then I, one of the greatest technicians I ever worked for works with us, Gary. I had him do best practices for technicians and how to inspect a car, time management, how to approach your time and everything. And so he did the videos. But you guys got to see this because I don't know if we can upload it because.
I don't want calls from HR departments complaining.
I watched it with the sound off and I'm not quite sure exactly what he's saying, but if you watch his hands. Wait for it. What was that? And then I got a big set of. I got a big set of something. And then you hold them and then you pull them.
So I don't know if we can put that up. We'll see. But we're having a great time here. One day left, we emailed out the NADA special, which is all the books and a free trial to our VT training with no, you know, no commitment for 30 days. It auto renews after 30 days, but you can try it out if you want to. So if you're not here at nada, take advantage of that link and we will talk to you soon.
