Chris Collins announces his participation in NADA 2016 in Las Vegas and outlines two workshops: converting in the service drive (building trust and improving CSI/sales) and using gamification to drive morale and results across dealership departments. He also mentions promotional plans including billboards, a cigar-and-tequila reception at his booth, and a brief freestyle interjection by Chase.

Chris Collins here. And we're putting the finishing touches and packing up for NADA 2016 in Las Vegas. It's going to be fun. You're going to walk away with some great tools and some connections so you can finish out this year being your best year ever in profit, sales and csi. Now I'm doing two workshops this year. You're going to have four chances to see me. The first one is on converting in the service drive. And it's the new stuff, how you build trust with customers. Convert sales, you're consistent, have the best CSI in your market, if not the country. And that's a must attend for anybody in fixed ops or any dealer. Then the next one is driving morale and results with gamification. My last book, and that's for anybody in the dealership, from the business office to the sales department, service parts, everything. You can use gamification. It's a great tool for this younger millennial generation. You're going to want these tools. So I can't wait to see you there. Now we're packing tequila because we're having a cigar tequila reception. But also, this is the real tequila. Come here, buddy, and stop by and see him. He'll be taking pictures with people and hanging out in the booth. The champion right here, Mr. Tequila. And we already have created a little controversy because we, we have billboards going up in Vegas during the convention and they wouldn't run the one with the guy showing his nipples.
I guess you can't show nipples on a, on a billboard. We got in a little bit of trouble, so we slowed it down a little and changed up the images. But look out for our billboards. They'll be around the convention center and around the airport and they say, is your service department in shape? And they're pretty fun, so can't wait to see you there. We're packing up and we'll see in a couple days.
Beat it. The beater I puffed the reefer with true believers praying to Jesus It's Chase busy getting busy these can leave us never stop we take it to the top Freestyling always wilding Never flop like this.
