Chris Collins announces a new live lecture/ review series (YouTube) to go through and augment the "Irreplaceable Service Manager" chapter of his leadership book before publication. He plans to add stories and lessons learned that didn't make the book and will hold live sessions (planned for Tuesdays), modeled on a previous "tech Tree" format.
Before the leadership book comes out, I want to go through the irreplaceable service manager chapter by chapter.
And I want to add some content to it. We've experienced, we've learned a lot since then, but also, there's a lot of stories that I can't put in that book or I didn't feel.
