Chris Collins here, and I'd like to personally invite you to something that should exist already, but unfortunately it doesn't. And that's a live fixed ops university, academy, school, course of study program, a mentorship, a community, a social club. But what it really is, is a service drive revolution. I know from experience that a lot of our dealers, owners won't invest in training for fixed ops. They invest all kinds of money in the front end and sales for training, but never fixed ops, even though it's so crucial to the business. And one thing that I'm most proud proud of in the last few years is that 8 service managers in our coaching group have been promoted to general managers, something that doesn't happen enough in our industry. Proof that when you're given the right tools and the right mentorship, you can do amazing things. So we're pricing this training that anybody can afford it, anybody that wants to invest in themselves, anybody looking for that law of the slight edge. Starting the second week in June, we're going to teach what we know about running a healthy fixed-op service business. Now these are going to be the lessons we have observed in the last 25 years working in the front lines and service departments all over North America. And there's no magic pill, it's just the fundamentals of how to run a healthy, profitable business. The recruiting and managing of people. How do you load your shop? How do you do better retaining your customers? How do you drive more traffic? How in the world do you recruit techs in this market? How do you fix the culture in your shop or your job? Things like how many techs to advisors should you have? What's the right ratio? How should you price things? Should you use a grid or not? What are the most effective pay plans? Should you have a BDC? At what point should you have a shop foreman and what should they be doing all day? And how many customers should your advisors be writing on a daily basis? Also, good question, should you have a quick lube or not? All of that. And then we're going to teach you how the money moves around, how to read a financial statement, and where is your real advantage and leverage in the business. And also we're going to talk about how can you sell more cars, the circle of life for the new and used car department. Now, We don't know everything, but our average coaching client performs well above the industry average, and a handful of them are in a league completely their own. In fact, if I told you their numbers, you wouldn't even believe it. They're so good. But it all starts with you having the right knowledge base and a community where you can learn and thrive. Everyone working together with one common goal. I'm excited to see similar results from this new SDR Live Academy that we're gonna do. Now that's it. Super simple. Second week in June. I hope you join our community and we'll see you there. Click on the link in the description below. Did I get anything?
I would literally recommend this to everyone that has a fixed ops department. I'm the co-owner of a couple of different dealerships.
Currently a fixed operations director.
Service manager.
I've always been in fixed ops.
And I see where the service department is struggling right now and where we were heading. We have a particular dealership that we purchased about 3.5 years ago but have not yet been able to maximize its capabilities.
We had another store that had signed up with Chris Collins and just looking at the growth in a month was impressive, so I decided to sign us up.
Would recommend this to anybody that wants to look to expand their business.
Managers, advisors, anybody who's looking to increase their profits.
I think anybody in sales.
To any dealership that's looking to improve their customer satisfaction.
Obviously anybody in service.
Anybody that's looking to grow their department.
GMs, helping them understand how everything works.
Oh, there's a lot. It's done wonders for our company.
