Service Drive Revolution's Tour of Top Dog, Dave Anderson's Learn To Lead Elite Center

This is a YouTube video (tour/interview) by Chris Collins visiting his uncle Dave Anderson's "Learn To Lead Elite" training center. The video shows a light-hearted walkthrough of the center's themed breakout rooms (notably a Lombardi/war room and a Situation Room with Kennedy-era artifacts), discusses training amenities (candy buffet), personal routines (Dave's karate involvement and morning/evening preferences), and mentions Dave speaking at a Top Dog event in August. The tone is promotional and conversational, emphasizing experiential leadership training and immersive room-based case studies.

Chris Collins here and my uncle, Dave Anderson, and we're here in his learning center. So I would guess Dave isn't leaving the office with like a Crown Royal and a cigarette.
Yeah, right. It's the cheap boost that kills you. Step up, get the good stuff.
And then French fries. Do you dip your french fries in mayonnaise or how do you handle the french fries?
Don't do the fries. Don't do the fries. Skip the fries. Gotta skip the fries.
Gary, you should be writing this down.
This isn't rocket science. Gary.
We're gonna do like an MTV cribs on his training center because it's so amazing. If you haven't been here and done any of Dave's leadership training or training, you owe it to yourself to come here. We're also very excited. Dave is going to be a guest speaker. He's going to be talking about performance and execution in our top dog event this year in August. So what was the idea with the candy?
Well, we want to make people feel comfortable and enjoy the training as an experience. So what better than a candy loaf?
So if you're diabetic, you're not going to want to come to this party.
We have other stuff. It's amazing to see the quantities though that some people can eat during a seminar. It is astonishing. We have to keep stocking stuff, but we love it.
What is your morning ritual? So how does it on a typical day when you're home, what. How do you wake up?
And then I'll sometimes go to karate in the morning before I go to, to the office. But usually I like that in the evening. Some people are better in the morning. I like it better in the evening. I like to get, get it done in the evening.
Yeah, we're morning guys. Yeah.
And this is my karate instructor, John Johnny Gyro. I know he's a, he is a seven time world champion. He's a ninth degree black belt. He's in three karate halls of fame.
So just like Bruce Lee and Elvis.
Yeah, there you go. You got second degree.
And be careful if you come here. Dave's hands are lethal weapons. You gotta be careful when you're doing workshops here you do breakout sessions and you have different themes rooms. And we'll go look at the Green Bay packers room first.
Yeah. Let's take a look at the Lombardi room.
I use Vince Lombardi as a case study in my how to become a league of your own class because he built the packers into a league of your own. And there are some key principles he Used. And I teach how to use them in your business as well. So when I was coming up with breakout room themes, I wanted to come up with a theme to where there would be discussion and debate and strategizing. And so Lombardi put a lot of game plans together that were pretty special. So this is the Lombardi room, war room. This is a great theme. This is an old school room. This is D day. And there was a lot of planning, obviously, that went into the largest invasion of all time there. So people come in here and they start to plan action. Obviously, it's about, let's go change things when we get back. Just like in D Day, they had to overwhelm the status quo, which at the time was the Germans on the coastline. We got to go back. We got to attack the status quo in our business.
In my book, it's not rocket science. I kind of messed with people, and I put a little bit of rocket science in it anyway, just to be honoring. And I put in the second law of thermodynamics just to mess with people. But it's so true. The second law of thermodynamics is what Pete Carroll understands. And what it says is things don't naturally wind up. They naturally wind down unless outside energy is applied. Well, guess who's supposed to bring that outside energy that needs to start with the leadership.
Did you catch when Dave was saying that things naturally go down? I did. So you're propping that cholesterol back up with cheeseburgers because naturally it wants to regulate. And then you're like the French fries and the cheese. Like, maybe cut the cheese off the fries. Ooh, it could work.
This is my favorite room.
Situation room.
And so the Kennedy stuff.
Well, the situation room started when Kennedy was in office, and the Bay of Pigs fiasco caused them to realize they need to have a room where they had better research, better debate, made better plans. So they started the situation room, and they used it for the first time during the Cuban Missile crisis. So I have stuff from that era. All right, There's a signed letter from President Kennedy up on the wall there. There are actual photographs here from ships leaving Cuba. Those are original photographs of ships leaving Cuba with the aircraft verifying that they had the missiles on them. How did you get those? I bought them at auctions. Estate auctions. Auctions.
Great. Well, thank you, Dave, and thanks for.
Coming out, my friend. Love it.
Everybody should come here and get in one of these situation rooms and improve and work on yourself and your strategies more than anything. And we'll also see you at the Top Dog event coming up in August. Thanks, everybody.
